These are great hosts. I booked several stays as I was re-locating to the area. They are responsive and the place is clean and cozy. They also have snacks for after a long day of travel and the location is safe and convenient.

The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

This place was great! Great location, felt safe and clean. Also close enough to the freeway that we could get anywhere we wanted. Everything was clean and exactly like described. Would stay here again, 10/10.

Roger and Kari's place was a home away from home for our family with three small children. The place was well accommodating to littles with access to child furniture (pack and play, high chair, etc) and was child proofed as well. The quiet inside and outside was much appreciated as a place to get away from all the San Diego/CA exploring! Roger and Kari were very responsive and understanding to the unpredictable life with our kiddos. Thanks for a great week!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here while visiting a PLNU student. The room is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Highlights for us were the comfortable king size bed, windows that provide plenty of natural light, and the private terrace with view, which is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. Easy parking is also a bonus. We will definitely stay again sometime if it’s available when we need it.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Veronica's place! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was exactly as described, if not even better—spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The thoughtful touches, like coffee supplies and snacks, made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short drive from things to do, and the neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming. I loved the little outdoor space, which was so peaceful and the kids had a great time playing Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything I needed. They were always available for any questions, but also gave me plenty of space to enjoy my stay. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled weekend.

Greg en Lesley hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Ze waren steeds bereikbaar voor informatie. De woning ligt een rustig gebied op 15 min rijden van alle belangrijke hotspots in San Diego. Dit was voor ons de perfecte locatie om onze trip langs de Westkust te starten.

Will and Janine see such gracious and mellow hosts. Their place and the surroundings are stunning and the lodging is a wonderful space for relaxation and restoration. The pool area and sunshine were just what we needed. The kitchen area is small but well-appointed. it being a pet friendly space was much appreciated. Don't get us started on the bathroom! While it's a shared wall with their part of the house, we never lacked for privacy. Lastly, the value for what you pay is top tier. Highly recommended and we hope to return next time we're in San Diego!

Small studio perfect to use as a home base for a friend's wedding in the area. the large double vanity with mirror made getting ready a breeze and there was generous closet hanging space with iron and board included. Exactly what we needed for the weekend.

This place so cute and cozy for our stay here in San Diego. I felt so comfortable the minute we arrived. The art is also incredible here. I recommend anyone to come here and check it out.

Convenient location with ridiculously ample street parking. Would stay again when we're in town again.

This is a cool place to stay near Mission Bay. It’s a great neighborhood to be in. The unit is small but functional. There is a pull down desk that was very useful. The beddings and linens were very comfortable. The bathroom and closet are spacious and some snacks are provided too. You do need to watch your step going into the closet - we tripped a few times on a small step leading in (I am kind of a klutz though). There is an outdoor patio area which should be nice in the warmer months. Unfortunately while we were there it was largely overcast and slightly drizzling so we didn’t really use it. Overall, a pretty good place to stay if you want to be in San Diego.

My family and I have stayed at Nicole’s listing numerous times. We have enjoyed each and every stay. She’s an extremely responsive host. If you need a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, this is it!

Alessandra and Chad’s place was comfortable, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. They were welcoming hosts and that made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! I absolutely recommend a stay here, fantastic experience all around

Zack and Gwen have a beautiful, cozy, peaceful place to getaway from all the hustle and bustle.. surrounded by gorgeous views (mountains), beautiful back yards just breath taking. Sweet Murphy (their doggy) just playful. Everything you need essentials are available there. Fast to respond to your needs or concerns. You can’t go wrong! We’ll certainly be going back again!!

House was perfect in a great neighborhood. Host was very sweet. Highly recommended this little house. Best part was they offered parking on site.

We had a lovely stay at Jerry and Melissa’s place. They were both such nice people. I’m in town visiting my grandma with cancer and dementia. Melissa put her on the prayer list at her church, it was the kindest thing a host has ever done for me. Jerry gladly helped my bf with a screwdriver he needed for work monitors. As for the place: theres parking spots for the guest and another one for your guests. The garden and quails outside are so beautiful. There’s a constant smell of citrus blossoms in the air. Sunsets were beautiful to watch. Inside the place there’s everything you’d need. The bed is comfy. I appreciate the shower being extendable. There’s also a desk for remote workers like myself. Washer and dryer are inside. They were perfect for a long term stay like we did. I have nothing but good things to say about the flag house and the hosts. I would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you again.

Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön und vor allem nach neustem Standard. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig aber mit dem Auto sehr gut und schnell aus der Stadt erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The place provides great privacy with a little outdoor area for sitting and dining when the weather is warm. Jennifer was kind and responsive. I appreciated that expectations were clear without being overly rigid or regimented.

I felt fortunate to find this place after needing last minute accommodations before moving back into our home. It was near our school, neighborhood and businesses we frequent. Luan was very responsive when I reached out and continued to check in during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised that the washer and dryer were full size, which looked smaller in the photos. And the fridge and freezer easily fit the food we had to transport back to our home. As a family of four, we split up between the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. There were ample towels, sheets and pillows for all of us.

Had a wonderful stay here, the room and backyard are totally private and very well cared for. Giovanna is a great host, I really appreciate the level of care and detail she put into the place and process! Highly recommend!

This little guest room was a great place for me to stay while in town for work. Your own private entrance, your own private bathroom, plus access to the laundry services and off street parking if needed! I definitely appreciated the parking aspect, as I was bringing a unique vehicle to town and wanted to try and safeguard it as much as possible.
