Hey guys! I stayed here during my first Songkran experience from April 9-16, 2025. This place definitely gives the luxury 5 star hotels a run for their money. The space is decorated tastefully modern, has high ceilings, amazing night time view, and has everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home (washer, toiletries, plates, iron….). My only wish is that there was access to the pool because it was so hot and a cool down in the water would’ve been great. But the host said pool access is only granted to long term visitors. Do keep in mind that the location of this condo is a bit away from BTS and MRT stations, so if you plan to get around using those, be prepared to walk a few minutes. Otherwise the location shouldn’t matter if you plan to use Grab (like me😅) and it’s close enough to everything by a car drive. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again if i’m ever back in Bangkok.

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

Good condominium with gym and pool. Quiet neigborhood almost without tourists. 7Eleven and a lot of restaraunts 15 minutes away. Clear check-in instructions and overall communication with the host

Patsina, was a great host. Unfortunately I didn’t met her in person. But the communication was excellent. I needed and asked for the parking space, and she gave me directly the cards for this. Great location between BTS train station Bearing and Bang Na. Great condo to stay. Thank you Patsina.

I had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from a 7-Eleven. It was spacious with plenty of sleeping arrangements, making it ideal for families. Chloe and her team were incredibly responsive to all my questions and requests, which made the stay even smoother. The complimentary airport pickup was a thoughtful and much-appreciated add on. The location was also convenient to most places I visited, like MBK Center and the Sukhumvit area, were just a 20-minute Grab ride away. Plus, it’s only about 30–45 minutes from BKK Airport.

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

Great stay, very comfortable apartment literally 30 seconds from Wang Lang market. The apartment is down a quiet alley way so not disturbed by market noise. High end appliances and fittings, a pleasure to stay here.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mitten in Bangkok. Gute Anbindung zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und schnelles Erreichen aller Ausflugsziele in Bangkok. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt und ist sauber und Modern! Das perfekte Preisleistungsverhältnis! Mit 4 Zimmern ideal für Pärchen- oder Freundeurlaub! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr lieb und jeder Zeit erreichbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Dům Benyada je jako oáza klidu uprostřed džungle velkoměsta, nádherný, čistý prostorný, cítili jsme se v něm jako doma a jestli ještě pojedeme do Bangkoku, tak se zde určitě znovu ubytujeme

Kunjira is a very nice host. Kawee is a very good housekeeper. The house is very warm and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. It's very close to the Big C supermarket, so it's quite convenient. And it's very safe. The only concern is that the back door of the garage is not locked, which makes me a little worried. Overall, the experience is very good.

Goed verblijf gehad. Fijne woning in rustige buitenwijk. De stad is goed bereikbaar via Grab. Alles functioneerde naar behoren in de woning. Er is wat geluidsoverlast van vliegtuigen, maar dit wende vrij snel.

My family and I had a very comfortable stay here. Also allowed early check-in as the room was ready, which was great as we were travelling with children. Host was very helpful with the tour driver on the first day and very responsive when we needed help with the room. The apartment has everything you need and coffee and water was provided, together with the washing detergent for clothes. It's walkable distance to 7/11 and eateries. Quiet location which was most suitable for us. Would stay here again.

100% weiterempfehlung!! Tolle Aussicht, toller Pool, Handtücher, Föhn, Waschmaschine alles was man braucht vor Ort. 7 Eleven direkt vor Ort, zudem eine gute Zug Anbindung Danke für dieses tolle Erlebnis :)

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.

This is the perfect place for privacy and relaxation. Your on the same floor as the pool, and you can't hear the neighbors through the walls. I recommend if you want your peace.

Чудесный опыт! Квартира очень чистая с видом на реку, огромный бассейн, очень чисто и красиво! Общение с хозяином было очень приятным. С удовольствием вернусь в эту квартиру в свой следующий приезд в Бангкок.
