Great Stay! Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and the location was perfect. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Nani. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Ebenso ist das Badezimmer gut ausgestattet. Zu viert hatten wir alle einen ordentlichen Schlafplatz. Die Matratzen waren in Ordnung, sollen aber bald erneuert werden. Trotzdem haben wir in den ruhig gelegenen Schlafzimmern super geschlafen. Der großzügige Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Parken konnte man sehr gut direkt an der Straße. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Über die Brücke direkt gegenüber vom Haus gelangt man in 10min Fußweg zum Eingang vom Park. Nani war außerdem immer gut zu erreichen und hatte tolle Tipps für Restaurants. Die Checkin Anleitung war einfach und verständlich. Hier kommen wir sehr gerne wieder hin ☺️

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

This is our second time staying at this house, the first one was in the last winter. We were a couple and three kids. Excellent location, quiet and secluded with a beautiful view of the forest. Close to all restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Clean house, equipped kitchen, underfloor heating. A home you want to return to again.

We stayed at the apartment from February 22nd to 25th, and it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. I really enjoyed the view, as there is a large park right in front of the window. The apartment is very warm and spacious enough, with small cozy details like thoughtful decorations and well-placed light sources, making it feel even more welcoming. The location is fantastic—there’s a mountain for sledding just 5-10 minutes on foot, and many supermarkets are within a 2-10 minute walk. The bus stop is only 1 minute away from the building. We will stay in the apartment again with pleasure. Thank you, Natia and David!

Honest opinion from a Canadian skier and Airbnb host. Konstantine was great to help us find this apartment despite the language challenges. He responded quickly despite not being in the area. His friend helped us in and showed us how to use the heaters. One must remember that Georgia has some differences in culture and customs but I think there could be more blankets for the spare sofa bed and the whole apartment could use a better overall cleaning. Lastly, Georgian language is difficult to translate so expect some challenges when communicating in English. Overall however this apartment was an excellent find and most certainly worth the price. Zeer leuke accommodatie op rustgevende plek. Voldoende voorzieningen en extra fruit en drinken erbij gekregen! Host was erg aardig en communicatie verliep zeer vlotjes. Hij is ons ook komen ophalen in het stadscentrum :)
