We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on making it a regular stop when visiting family. Karen was very responsive and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed and offered extra help. The unit was spacious and well appointed. We wanted for nothing and the bed provided one of the best sleeps we had had in awhile. Despite the location over the carwash it never caused a concern or noise issue and the big windows provided a view of the trees and sea. We even got to enjoy morning coffee on the deck one day. Thank you Karen for this great unit.

They asked and knew we were staying for a sports weekend so left us Gatorade bananas and bubbly water for us. Quite clean and private. Perfect for our needs

This home was amazing! From the linens to the indigenous art... just beautiful. The view was fantastic and there is plenty of furniture outside to enjoy the scene. The home was spacious and spotless. Fluffy towels, cozy bedding and a kitchen stocked with every gadget you'd need. We were able to purchase kitchen basics near by, and enjoyed our trips to Duncan for lunch a few days. Check out the fresh fish market in Duncan and the Saturday only Farmers Market. PS: "Brunch on 3rd" is worth the wait.

The place was great! Everything was clean and very new looking. There is a staircase up to the entrance, so, make sure you are OK with stairs if you choose to stay here. Entry was keyless and simple. It was close driving distance to restaurants (the Roost) and to a beautiful place to walk in the forest (John Dean Park). We would return... thank you for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay on Mayne Island in this lovely guest suite. Diane was friendly and approachable and made us feel welcome from the moment we first pulled up to her gate. The suite is tastefully and comfortably decorated, and quite spacious. We appreciated the variety of artwork throughout the space, enjoyed watching the many birds (and bees) in her garden, and spent a sunny Saturday at the nearby Japanese Memorial Garden and disc golf course. We would highly recommend this spot for a restful getaway on Mayne Island.

Dal and Solveig’s suite is very comfortable, clean, peaceful, quiet with gorgeous views. They were such great hosts, responding quickly to anything, super friendly and informative about the area. What a gem of a property to stay at. The property is so well laid out and amenities are so close and convenient. The people at the resort were friendly and fun. The decor was so appealing and fit the vibe of the place so we'll. We enjoyed every second there. Thank you Cam & Carla!!

We had a lovely stay here with our 2 children. It’s a beautiful and peaceful area. We particularly enjoyed beachcombing and the heated pool (summer only). The kitchen was extremely well stocked—one of the best we’ve stayed in. Beautiful skylights brighten the living room. There were a few adult and kids books, plus colouring books with coloured pencils. There are shared BBQs, a playground, tennis court, and large grassy area. The complex has water issues where water is trucked in, so there are signs everywhere to conserve water (short showers, flush "when needed", every drop counts, etc). There is also no cell service, though the wifi is excellent, and most phones can do wifi calling. There is also a long staircase to the main entrance, and the apartment is 2 floors. Coin laundry is in a separate building. We would happily stay again!

Excellent location, right next to a shopping mall with tons of restaurants around. The room is very clean, and Coco is amazing—effective communication and helpful with questions regarding the stay. Very flexible and provides clear information. Highly recommend this listing. Wonderful experience.

This cozy attic suite is full of personality—every corner tells a story with its charming collection of thrifted furniture and eclectic decor. The ocean view was awesome, especially in the mornings with my coffee. We felt right at home and it was great for the price point. The host was lovely—responsive and welcoming. If you’re into unique spaces with soul, this is a great one.

I was visiting family in Sidney and needed a last minute place to stay. Mark’s place caught my attention online and when I arrived it was exactly as i expected. The scenery around the property is stunning. It is the quietest place i think i have ever rented, and the unit itself was great. I would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend Mark as a host.
