Cosy home with views of Beacon Fell

A cosy semi-detached house in the quaint village of Great Eccleston. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms; bath with shower over; fully equipped kitchen and garden with patio . Ample space for parking two cars. A 5 minute walk to the village with various shops, pubs and take-aways. Ideally situated for the beautiful Forest of Bowland ( AONB); the coastal areas of Blackpool, St Anne's and Lytham. Lancaster is only 20 mins drive and the Lake District can be reached in just under an hour.

With one double bedroom, a bathroom, and a comfortable lounge with a fold-out futon, it’s the ideal escape for rest and relaxation. Set in rural Preston near the coast and River Wyre, it’s perfect for walkers, with Blackpool Illuminations just a short drive away. Lancaster and the Lake District are also within easy reach. Due to the rural setting, driving is essential; a parking space is located next to the bungalow.

Beautifully appointed cottage near Blackpool.

This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

The West Wing - Private Apartment

The West Wing is a private annex attached to a 5-bedroom detached Victorian house with excellent garden views. It features its own entrance, a cosy living area with sofa, TV, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette, along with a comfortable double bedroom. The private shower and toilet are located off a shared utility room, but are for guest use only. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden. Wi-Fi, heating, and on-site parking are included for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Sweetcorn small but sweet

On the High Street with lots of takeaway food options. Next door to a Pub quiet during week but can be noisy at weekends 3 min walk from Train Station with trains to Morecambe and links to Lake District. Next door to a pub and opp a pub Great walking area 20min drive from the Yorkshire 3 Peaks 10 mins from Ingleton Waterfalls. Rhubarb Cottage was built in 1855 and is a quaint white cottage with a modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. It has views over Newers Wood and easy access to Fluke Hall beach. Situated in rural Pilling it is ideally located for access to the Lakes, Trough of Bowland, Lancaster and seaside resort of Blackpool. This is the perfect base for cycling or rambling along the coast or into the countryside along with exploring the historic surroundings.

Wake up to the sounds of the birds singing! A lovely 3 bedroom barn conversion set in 12 acres of fields, ponds and some wooded areas which you are welcome to explore. The barn has a large open plan kitchen/diner/living space and also a huge second living room. Super fast Wifi (400mb+) throughout and two large TVs in the living areas Blackpool/Preston/Lancaster are all around 20 minutes away and you can be in the Lake District in an hour.
