Saint-Martin [partie française] : locations de vacances avec brasero

2 heerlijke weken in de studio van Sara verbleven, waar we in alle privacy hebben kunnen genieten. Wat een mooie locatie, met prachtig uitzicht! De studio was van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. De twee honden Georgie en James waren een gezellige bijkomstigheid. Kortom, een heerlijke rustige plek. Echt een aanrader!

Superbe séjour passé en famille à la villa Tocade. La Villa est très agreable, l’espace de vie est très spacieux, les chambres sont parfaites (Clim, literie, placards, salle de bain), l’extérieur avec sa piscine est très beau et idéal pour du farniente ou pour l’apéro. La cuisine est très bien équipée, Il ne manque rien… Un grand merci à Florence de la conciergerie Caraïbe qui nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique et qui a été très réactive à chaques petites questions qui se sont posées pendant notre séjour. À conseiller sans hésitation 😊

Très bel endroit, calme et très propre. Bien situé (en dehors du brouhaha et à 5 min à pied de l’une des plus belles plages de saint Martin) Communication rapide et fluide avec nos hôtes dès notre arrivée Magnifique vue tout en haut de la résidence où se trouve un deck pour faire son yoga si on le souhaite Pour ceux qui sont véhiculés les supermarchés sont à 5 min en voiture On a passé un très bon séjour! The house is amazing, it has everything people need. There are some restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores near to the place. Orient Beach is beautiful and it will take you only 5-10 minutes by car. Do not recomment to stay in this place if you do not have a car. The island does not have taxis near to this place, does not have uber. The electricity is all european, the chargers do not work, the host should have a couple of adaptors just for phones.

My fiancée Michelle and I had an incredible stay in Saint Martin! The place was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was great too, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. What really made the experience even better was Romario. He was extremely helpful from start to finish, always quick to respond and extremely attentive. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so special, Romario!

Un grand merci à Eddy ,gentil, disponible, réponds vite à nos messages. la maison était impeccable, la piscine était propre, on a bien apprécié la petite terrasse. On avait loué la voiture avec Eddy. venu nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous déposer lors de notre départ vraiment apprécié.Je cherche déjà ma date pour l année prochaine. je vous recommande fortement.

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment and the area around it! The apartment is just a couple minutes walk from a gorgeous beach that was easily one of our favorite beaches across the entire island and we visited a lot. There are several restaurants all within walking distance with a wide variety of different cuisines as well as a market right down the street for you to accommodate all your needs at and they also have a buffet for when you don’t feel like going out to a restaurant which we enjoyed multiple times. The area surrounding the apartment is quiet and very nice for late night walks to enjoy the scenery, especially along the golf course you drive past to reach the home, which offers a great connection to a very lively area with a casino, several good bars and restaurants for those looking for a night out on the town (we highly recommend the beer garden!) If you are thinking about staying here I highly encourage it and am sure you won’t regret it, thank you Jayne!

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn Beach. Although construction and rebuilding were happening around he facilities it was great to watch the progress that happened during our stay. We also took full advantage of a less busy pool area which ended up being a bonus for us. The staff was friendly and very helpful and took good care of us. I would highly recommend renting a car as it will allow you to explore the island to its fullest by visiting beaches, venturing to different areas, and accessing restaurants. Mullet Beach, hiking Loterie Farm, grabbing breakfast at Good Morning Cafe, making perfume at Tijon, snorkeling around Anguilla, and eating at Lazy Lizards and Pineapple Pete’s were just some of our favorites. James has an awesome place to stay- thanks so much for sharing your home with our family. We made some once in a lifetime memories.

Hébergement très cosy et confortable. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique et Stephanie et Stephane font tout pour le rendre inoubliable. Des partenariats avec des clubs de plage et tout le nécessaire pour découvrir l’île . Bref très bon choix , vous ne serez pas déçu !
