We had a great stay. Place was very clean and had plenty of towels. It’s a beautiful complex with 3 pools which were never crowded. Easy walk to the strip where the beach, bars and restaurants are. Would definitely stay there again

We had a fantastic 8 night stay here. This was the most well appointed Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It had everything from beach towels to an ironing board and iron - there was nothing we needed that was not included. Our place was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location with amazing views. Although we could walk to places, I would recommend renting a car and making a reservation as we went to 4 car rental places before we found one that had cars available (it was called Bullseye). Seana and Nigel are excellent hosts - from picking us up at the airport to providing a list of things to see and do - they took great care of us. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Thank you for hosting us! We had a great stay and enjoyed the multiple balconies, pools, and everything was as described and worked in the spacious apartment. The walk to the beach and nearest food is 5 to 10 minutes and felt safe.

The location is great, with a 5 minute drive to all the bars and restaurants within the Frigate Bay Area, making it very easy to get anything you would need during your stay on the island, though you may still need a car as it's up on a hill. It is also very close to the scenic southeastern peninsula drive, which meant we could easily hop from beach to beach and return to the apartment whenever we needed a break. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and felt very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything one would need to whip up a meal if you wanted a break from eating out. The bedroom has a gorgeous view of the ocean through some glass sliding doors that also lead out onto a cute balcony, perfect for catching the evening sunset with a glass of wine. We were even lucky enough to catch a troop of monkeys relaxing on one of the nearby buildings on our first evening there! We were very comfortable staying there and would recommend it to anyone!

Our stay was fantastic. The home was very clean and the hosts responsive to any questions we had. Make sure to have a rental car for making the trip up and down the hill. The very end is a dirt road at a bit of a grade. If I visit the island again I would definitely consider staying at this same location again.

As has been stated, Garett is an incredible host. This is probably the most thoughtful, proactive, kind and engaged Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From arranging my transfers, to having the lovely Eliud prepare lunch for me when I arrived; Garett made my time in Eden Villa so easy and restful. I cannot emphasis how helpful the complementary Jeep is and this is such a thoughtful value add. I would definitely recommend staying here and would like to sincerely thanks Garett and team for their hospitality and kindness. Nevis is a special place and your local recommendations and guidance elevated my experience. I hope to back again soon!

My wife and I enjoyed our 4-night stay at Beulah’s apartment. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen and bath. Excellent location, a 10-minute walk to Frigate Bay Beach and restaurants/bars. A small grocery store is a 10-minute walk along the golf course path. The pool patio was private and peaceful. I was relieved to find a secure, gated property to park my scooter safely overnight. A great home base to explore St. Kitts and relax when you want a private escape.

We had a wonderful stay at Trade Wind! The views are breathtaking and as private as we had hoped. The private pool was great for morning swimming and cooling off. We found the restaurant down the hill, run by Lorna and her daughter delightfull…..so glad we choose to extend our stay on Nevis and at Trade Wind!

Jackie and her husband were the best hosts! They were very understanding of our needs and even when the ferry got canceled they let us back into the home until the next ferry! They were quick with responses and very helpful. We will definitely be booking again!

The space was excellent. LOVED the ambiance and felt very safe at the location. It was close to needed amenities and all our needs were met. There were VERY clear instructions where needed and that helped alot. Thank you.

Our group of 10 active seniors had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s house. The house and setting is even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed the outdoor space immensely- the views of Nevis Peak while floating in the huge pool, BBQing on the pool patio, and watching the monkeys.The house and the pool house are very well equipped and comfortable. The location is in convenient to all the wonderful beaches and historic sites on Nevis. Buckey, the house manager was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with requests, questions, and minor problems. Nevis really is paradise and the people there are so kind!

We couldn’t say enough great things about the team that runs this property. The neighborhood is quiet and cool, minutes away from Reggae Beach. The pool is secluded in the backyard, clean, and refreshing. The house was kept spotless, had everything we needed, and the pictures do not do this property justice. It was better than what we expected from the photos. Every room seemed like the main suite, so it was easy to split rooms up with our guests. There’s cute monkeys that run around the neighborhood, so our kids would do monkey walks in the morning and near sunset. It’s safe, and beautiful. When we had any questions, the host responded with answers and offered to send our technicians to walk us through the trouble shooting, so that was huge to us. We just got home today, but will miss St Kitts and this property. Thank you.

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

It was our first time on Nevis. Gary met us at the water taxi and led us by car to help us find the house and get settled. Each night breezes blew through the screened windows and louvered doors. Tropical rain storms came over the mountains and pitter patter on the metal roof. The sounds of birds, monkeys and the trade winds are your white noise. Air conditioning was in the bedrooms with common spaces ventilated by open windows. The pool was crystal clear, warm and looked to have been recently redone. Views are beautiful and daily we watched humming birds and monkeys from the balcony. Generally Nevis is a tropical so mosquitoes and wildlife are on the bingo card The owners could not be nicer people and were always helpful with recommendations.

Everything was just as it was presented on Airbnb. I loved sitting outside every morning and having my coffee on the balcony and admiring the gorgeous view of the bay! Definitely would stay here again.

Joyce was an exceptional host, making the place available to us at a moment's notice with flexible check in and check out. The place is spacious and RIGHT on the ocean which is great, with tons of restaurants in walking distance, plus supermarket, the Marriott and casino, and lots of other great places. Couldn't be more convenient. We slept 4 adult men comfortably here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the place has a washing machine as well and lots of towels. The lovely development also includes a pool and lounge areas. It condo could use a fresh coat of paint in some spots, but overall you can't beat this location, convenience, and bed count at this price. Thanks Joyce!

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this condo for a peaceful stay. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. The pool was clean and had very pretty floral surroundings . There were two outdoor balconies with views as well . Cute kitchen and comfortable beds ..met all expectations:)

Christine is a lovely host and her place is beautiful. The view on the patios are amazing. It's within walking distance to the Frigate Bay beach restaurants so no need to drive or hire a taxi. Highly recommend.

I loved my time here! Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, peaceful place to stay. The location was perfect - I walked everywhere and for places that were too far to walk, the taxi stand was only about 5-7 minutes down the street. Timothy Hill to the left, the Marriott and restaurants/shops to the right, and the Strip is just across the street. The apartment itself was so comfortable and had everything I could have needed (the extra sun hats were especially helpful!). Great shower, the bed was so cozy, and the patio was beautiful as well. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend.

Our 3rd Airbnb stay in St. Kitts, and this was the best one we’ve experienced. We had an amazing 8 days at this condo. While the property is older, you cannot beat the location, the pool, walk-ability, ocean beach, etc. we had a slight issue in the beginning with one of the AC units not working well, and they had AC vendor out there installing a new unit on a Sunday; amazing customer service!!! The place ia very large, and could have easily slept more people. Beds are very comfortable, and had all the items we needed for the week. Would definitely consider this place on our next trip to St. Kitts.

Keathly & Lilleth are fabulous hosts!! We had a couple of issues (one minor, one a bit more involved) and they were responsive, friendly and helpful! We adore staying in their impressive condo! They have been wonderful to us; even allowing us to add a few little things to help us feel even more at home. If they had other spaces in other places, we would opt to rent through them again! Absolutely nothing but 5-stars (or more!!) all the way for them!! We are grateful that they have such a lovely space they make available - and as long as we’re able, we certainly hope to always be able to rent through them!!

My family and I (a party of 4) felt like it was our second home, the place was quiet, beautiful views and safe. I also love the idea of us being able to get access to public transportation immediately on the main round. Vernon and his wife are very friendly and helpful in any of our needs. I will visit again once i am back on island and recommend anyone to this place...My family and I love love it.
