Saint-Kitts-et-Nevis : locations de vacances adaptées aux animaux

We had a lovely stay at Brett’s place in Nevis. The home, infinity pool, and grounds were beautiful and private, and looked just like the photos on the listing. Communication with Brett was also smooth. One thing to note is that the road leading to the property is in poor condition and bumpy (not unusual for side roads in Nevis, but worth noting for visitors). It is best suited to an SUV if you are renting a car, and requires careful navigation, especially at night.

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

This place and area was easily accessible. Very tranquil and beautiful surroundings. An abundance of restaurants and night spots for visit and also very close to the beautiful beach ⛱️. Luv it

Dale was amazing to rent from. Super amazing lady. The house was incredible. The views were incredible! My husband and I loved spending time at the property. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I was really pleased to find 'Villa Iris Lower' was available for my dates. It had everything I needed to self cater and not far to walk to the beach. Maria quickly answered all my questions, prior to booking and once booked, her and Gary offered much advice on how to get there from St Kitts airport, including contacts for Taxi, Water Taxi and Property managed by Urban, who was very kind and helpful to all the guests staying on the complex (Villas; Calypso and Iris). I was also made welcome by the resident in Calypso, who showed me the best view of the bay from the Calypso balcony and where the locals hang out on Tuesday nights, in the bar on Oualie Beach, where it was a really friendly atmosphere and nice vibe on music night. Regarding entertainment that's about it, peace and relaxation, nice beach and 9km form Charlestown where I bought the groceries and explored a bit more. There are some mini busses. Ideally you need to be fit to walk up a hill or rent a car to explore further.

We loved the island and our stay. Aside from the construction next door(which hopefully will be done soon), the condo complex is very peaceful and on a beautiful stretch of beach. We often had the beach and pool to ourselves! Our girls loved searching for starfish right off shore. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but the barefoot beach bar restaurant on the property was our favorite along with a couple other places including passions and bananas. We loved our ATV tour with funky monkey with our guide Neil! It was a great way to learn about the history of the island and check out some beautiful off the beaten path spots. Driving on the island was a little tricky as the roads tend to be narrow but we got used to it. A couple things happened over the course of the week but Samuel was always very responsive. We hope to return to Nevis one day and we would definitely stay in Samuel’s condo again.

Second time staying, peace and quiet..lovely view.....my comfort zone

Jas was such a great host and couldn't faluty him at all. helped me and may family out massively and was always present when needed. Jas is friendly and approachable and has vast amounts of knowledge of the island. the property was described as the post stated and was clean throughout. Jas also help us settle in to the accommodation with clean bedding and towels. just want to thank Jas for making us feel at home and will definitely visit again if or when back in st Kitts. Jas even spend some time with us chilling and taking in the island when he wasn't working which was great fun also. all in all a great week in st Kitts and meeting Jas was fun and laughter.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean when we arrived, and the hosts provided washing liquid, soap and even food and drinks for when we arrived. The hosts were super responsive and very much tried to make our stay pleasant. My only feedback is that the kitchen wasn't that well equipped in terms of cooking utensils and cutlery. Other than that, the apartment was definitely worth it for the price!
