Small and quaint room. Was quite a bang for the buck, the beach is super close and not overly populated. There’s a shower outside for sand. Quite effective for a place to stay and beach. Very appreciative, also helped us pack our car so very grateful!

Me and my friends had a amazing time! We are so happy about our stay! The beach, restaurants, and places to go out were in walking distance! House was very nice, updated, and clean! Host was VERY responsive and friendly!

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

Communication with Joseph was just wonderful. The apartment was just as described. Felt like home and had absolutely everything we needed. Pool was wonderful and the beach was just a 5 minute walk. I hope to go back sometime.

Absolutely great little place to stay- I would even say the beach is closer than 5 minutes away! The guests left us treats in the freezer and pamphlet upon pamphlet of great eateries and things to do. Would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The location was amazing. Walking distance from nice shops and restaurants. The beach was also very easy to access. The kitchen and patio were our favorite spots to be in. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the patio was so comfortable and peaceful! The host was super friendly and quick to respond. Asked if we needed fresh towels or anything about halfway through the trip which I thought was so thoughtful. The keypad on the door made check in/out and daily trips so easy! Again we had such a wonderful time here and if we are ever back in PCB we will absolutely book here again!

We had an amazing stay. Sarah was extremely accommodating to our early arrival and our expectations were exceeded. She is very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We usually bring our own towels, pots and kitchenware. The kitchen was well stock and had the best quality of cookware than we have ever experienced staying at an Airbnb. We are looking forward to our next booking.

We PCSed to Panama City and stayed at this air B& B. We felt right at home and extremely comfortable. The hosts are very responsive with anything we asked or needed. They had a lot of items for their guests to use like bikes and beach chair unfortunately we didn’t use them because we were busy and the weather was not beach weather. Great place and great hosts. We left a little Puerto Rico trinket on the guest table with the guess book and Map. 😁

Daniel's place is very well appointed with everything you need for extraordinary stay either for a vacation or business trip in the heart of Gainesville. We liked it so much we have already booked another visit.

Airbnb was in a good location. Very clean and as described. Close to the beach.

Our stay in Charity's place was fabulous. She has thought of it all-the kitchen was perfectly stocked and the beach box was great for activities. The bedrooms were cozy, and the pool was just steps away. It was cool while we were there so we enjoyed the large hot tub. The beach is not walk able, but we were able to drive to local beaches with ease. We specifically loved driving to Mexico Beach which was minutes away. Thanks so much!

This Airbnb felt like home away from home. It was very clean, beautiful, and in a quiet area. The location was in a drivable distance from anything you could’ve needed or wanted. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and which I greatly appreciated.

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

Perfect place to stay on the beach! Room is nicely furnished and super clean. Location, location, location!!! You don’t have to leave. Schooners beach bar and restaurant is next door. I will definitely be back! 😊

we had an amazing stay! my kids step dad and I decided we needed a vacation. we brought 2 out of 4 children and it was the best view! very convenient for things you need nearby. beach was private it was great! amazing view. 👏
