We had a wonderful stay with kids. I could do my my jogging and sports in the morning at the park where is very close to the house. Very comfortable bedrooms, each with their osn bathrooms. Everything is thought for the comfort and joy. Beach umbrellas, chairs were ready, and even toys for the kids. I definitely recommend the location as well.

Nice place to stay with kids. Close to everything and lots to do at the airport bnb on down days. Host was very responsive and even checked in with us after our arrival to ensure a smooth check in.

We really enjoyed our time here! It was a great place to stay with our kids with the giant back yard! We felt very safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. The A/C quit working and Chris had someone there to replace the unit ASAP!

We booked Daniels home because it was dog friendly and also a perfect location. We were traveling to Florida for my daughters wedding which was held nearby at "Flower Farms Event Venue". We had to bring my dog because all of our dog sitters were also attending the wedding. My dog Rocket loved running around the fully fenced yard sniffing all of the beautiful plants and flowers. Rocket gave the yard a 10 out of 10 score and I appreciated the pooper scooper. The home is clean and beds comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has every gadget that you would ever need. I would definitely stay again. Oh and we can't forget the fun little nursery/farmers market on the corner...within walking distance. The produce was fabulous.

I loved the house and area! I came down from North Carolina after I just moved from the Tampa area. And it was a perfect place to get that back at home beachy feel again. Beautiful

The Ruby Gem on Yaricel listing was great l. I really enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed it so much I decided to extend my stay for a couple more days. Yaricel was a great host. She made everything about my stay comfortable, from accommodating my early checkin, to her helpful attentiveness, quick response time and her willingness to assist in helping me properly extend my stay when I was unsure of the process. Overall I had a 5 star stay and I highly recommend Yaricel's listing when looking for a quality place to stay while visiting Lakeland. I look forward to staying again.

Super cute, clean, and charming in a perfect location for getting anywhere you need to in St. Pete. The unit was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Gwen was very communicative and helpful.

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

I’ve been to a lot of Airbnb’s and the decor in this one was one of my favorites. Very comfortable bed. Lots of towels, toilet paper and soaps. The location was perfect for me because it’s right by my friend’s house so I was visiting. I went to a couple of different lakes and watch the sunrise. Had a couple of nice meals in Winterhaven would definitely definitely stay here again.

Excellent, walkable location. Spacious with all listed amenities. Across from a school which gives it a ‘home away from home’ feel. Balcony with two chairs overlooking the street. Gorgeous comfortable double bed. The front door lock batteries weren’t working on one of the days, Gina immediately replaced them with new ones. We enjoyed our stay, I can recommend this property.

This is definitely worth the stay for 2-3 people. Very clean and updated. Host was super nice and helpful! Within walking distance of a few good restaurants and bars and short drive to more.

This house was so cute and nicely stocked. It is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. It is loud at times during the night as it’s close. Easy to check in, lots of information, easy to follow directions and host is friendly and very responsive.

My wife and I had a different vacation than we expected, but nothing to do with the condo. Unfortunately, there was a very extensive beach restoration project occurring (we heard Cocoa Beach does this every 6 years-lucky us!) that closed the beach directly in front of the condo for most of our stay. We had to walk a few blocks or drive most days. Jeanne was incredibly understanding and supportive, and refunded a significant portion of our rental. She was friendly and responsive to all of our concerns and we would highly recommend the condo; it is beautifully situated on the beach and conveniently close to the small downtown Cocoa Beach area. We plan to return!

It was a nice place for a simple trip to the parks we really enjoyed a clean space and plenty of room!

We loved staying here on our first visit to St Augustine. Easy walk to the beach every morning for sunrise. Close to Publix and some fun spots to eat and find coffee. The home was comfy and clean and very relaxing. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a good stay overall, I just wished that the host would’ve put on the website rules about the " No reverse" parking because, some people like myself after traveling that long and being tired won’t always notice a sign of no reverse parking randomly placed. The host did have a book of rules where the No reverse parking was stated but it’s buried in all the other information and who wants to read that they’re first day after all the traveling. I recommend highlighting that important part since it cost me 125$ plus the time it took to do everything else to get my vehicle back. I was pretty disappointed of seeing my car being towed when I was sure that my license plate could be seen as required and I followed the other rules. Besides that my overall experience was good. The place was clean and mostly quiet. Thank you for the stay and be blessed.

Loved the area! This was our 1st time visiting Treasure Island but definitely won’t be our last. We came down to visit a local College our son will be attending and to get a feel for the area. Lisa’s place was beautifully decorated, Clean and perfect location to the beach and we even walked to the local Publix. The bay offered beautiful views also with a little visit from some dolphins. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank You for your hospitality!

Alfonso was an excellent host. He was super responsive and proactive with his communication. The unit was perfect, located very close to all the Disney/Universal attractions. The Clubhouse, Pool and Slides are located 100 yards from the unit was a hit. Right outside of gate neighborhood was everything you needed, Walmart, Starbucks and all the food and shopping you needed. Excellent host and unit

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the pool and being close to lots of good restaurants and things to do! Cathy was so friendly and very responsive! Highly recommend!
