Mike's rental was as described. He was very responsive. Location was great. The beach trolly stop was near the rental. Public beach access was walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We would rent this unit again from Mike.

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

This was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third! We love the location to the beach and times Square. The accommodations, the pool and the beautiful flowers keep us coming back for more!

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

This was a great place for our week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Proximity to the beach was great. Sarah checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The binder with local recommendations was great as well. I highly recommend this condo and renting with Sarah!

Craig and Emmy were super hosts. They were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Both were there at check in and available daily. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there and was more than expected. Special requests were met with a smile and our hosts did everything to help us out. The space was super clean and updated. The outside areas, shrubs, flowers, patio and driveway areas were very well kept. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful location and functional unit. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Great outside area. Bike or walk to beach. Laundromat was close. Parking great. Outdoor seating area for dinners was great. Andy was very prompt and helpful to us Would highly recommend

Enjoyed the location & beach. Overall condo was nice, short walk to the water & a nice pool, although very busy. However my stay was soured by bugs & even more disappointed in their response to me asking for help with the bugs in the room. Prior to teh stay & during check in responses were prompt. When I notified them of a potential bug issue they were in no hurry to respond or help. After 3-4 days of messages, I indicated I’d send pictures & they called to say the handyman was literally on his way (we were not there so he left a can of bug killer at the door). We ended up with multiple large itchy bites from the trip. Had beach chairs, cooler, sunbrella were very nice touches! Wifi was extremely slow. Had washer/dryer, make sure to dry clothes on lowest heat-my clothes shrunk, dryer was so hot burned my hands taking clothes out. Additionally we booked a 2 week stay, be prepared you get the same ‘starter’ kit no matter how long the stay so you will need to buy TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc

We had a great time at Scott’s place. It was a 3 minute ride to the beach and 5 minutes from the east side of the island. This was our first time coming to North Captiva and we felt right at home. Our host gave us very clear instructions and answered all of our questions. Thank you for a wonderful and and great memories. The home was so comfortable and made our stay relaxing and easy.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

Our stay at this house was extremely satisfying!! The first appearance walking in we noticed how clean everything was and seemed bigger than the Photos. The Pool and Putting Green was used everyday and provided much enjoyment. The location was perfect as it's a short drive to the beach with great restaurants, and Check-in and Check-out couldn't have been easier. I would recommend this house to anyone going to Fort Myers and would definitely stay there again!

Our weekend at Brad‘s place was amazing. He was very flexible with our check-in and helpful whenever we had a question. The house was great and really close to the beach. We were able to walk there and the pool was perfect. I really enjoyed staying at this house and highly recommend it.

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

We had a great time. Ryan was the easiest and most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. The neighbor is immaculately landscaped and maintained. Everyone was friendly and the deck area was a beautiful place to just hang out and relax on. It’s screened in and we had no problem with the noseeums. The location is perfect to lots of dining options and shopping.

Very pleasant 3 bedroom condo on the beach, comfy beds, kitchen stocked, a tv in every bedroom, 2 baths, comfy living room, nice deck, easy access to pool and beach, clean pool with great seating, beautiful white sandy beach. What’s not to like?!

Sonia's condo is the nicest Airbnb that I've ever stayed in. It's exactly as described. Extremely comfortable, well decorated, quiet, and super clean. Many eateries are walkable. About a one minute walk from the front door to the beach. Many comfy beach chairs to bring down to the water. Superb communication. Highly recommend.

Short walk to beach. Large pool. Clean condo and surroundings. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes etc. They also had beach towels, wagon, chairs for the beach since we flew here. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in the adorable and roomy studio we stayed it. Perfect fot two. Fabulous view. Great location if you want to wake up and go to bed and see the ocean. Coffee taste better at the beach. The rinse station super nice. Pool was very nice. I can’t tell you all the restaurants we went to amd had great food at all of them. So many beaches to explore. Thank you to our hostess! Cute decor.

This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect if you are looking for something more quiet and low key. The beach and pool are steps away for your enjoyment. The entire building is meticulously taken care of and clean inside and out. The pool and beach area were constantly being checked on by staff to be sure everything was tidy and as it should be. The unit has everything you’ll need including very comfortable seating on the screened in porch for a break out of the sun or a morning coffee. AC was nice and cold after a long day out in the sun. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and ready for our arrival. I especially appreciated the easy checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und verlief komplikationslos. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war super sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist mit einem Fliegengitter perfekt geschützt. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön und der Muschelweg zum Strand ebenfalls.. So viele und so schöne Muscheln haben wir noch nie gesehen. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

The condo was clean and spotless. The location was great and right next the bridge to get to Sanibel and Captiva. We enjoyed the beaches and the restaurants in the area i.e. Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. The host kept me informed with regards to access to the unit and was responsive to any questions or issues that I had. The only downside was the construction in the area due to Hurricane Ian destruction in 2022. The area is making a comeback and there were plenty of places to get groceries, food, liquor, gas and other amenities. I can't wait to come back when the area is back to 100%.

Everything was very nice. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.
