Great location - 2 mins walk to Porthmeor beach. 5 to Porthgwidden & the harbour. 30ft sitting room with a chandelier, window seat with pretty view down to the harbour & sea glimpses. Over 2 floors: main floor has a large kitchen with a Smeg range oven. Sitting room - TV with Netflix access, family bathroom with large bath & rainfall shower. Upstairs: kingsize bedroom with en suite toilet. Lay-out works well for a large family or 2 couples.

Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.

Baragwainaith is a pretty two storey stone cottage nestled in the small sleepy clifftop hamlet of Trowan just a mile outside St Ives. It enjoys breath-taking views of the sea and is very secluded but is equally only a short drive to the hustle and bustle of St Ives with its famous beaches, restaurants and galleries. Many famous sites and National Trust properties are within easy reach as well as the South West coast path which runs alongside the hamlet.
