We stayed on Maria's boat for 6 nights. Maria took us out sailing for 3 days which was awesome. Maria is a fantastic sailor and we had 3 amazing days sailing around Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. I would recommend this as a great way to experience sailing. Learning from a real pro who is also great fun. Thanks very much Maria.

I am a boat person so probably a little biased but this was a much nicer experience than most apartments I’ve stayed in. The boat is berthed in a small marina with friendly cruising folk on other boats and just a short walk to the centre of town. Gran Tarahal is a lovely little town with all the facilities you could want including good places to eat and a sheltered sandy beach. Thankfully though not overrun with tourists. The boat was spotlessly clean and is extremely comfortable being well equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances you’d find in an apartment. The showers onboard worked very well and there was a good sized fridge. I would definitely stay again if visiting Fuerteventura.

we had an amazing time and experience on the boat. it was clean, looked like photos and was extremely relaxing. the host is warm, friendly, helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend . (if you get sea sick make sure to bring meds. it takes a bit to get used to)

We lived our stay on the boat. Michelle is a great host , responsive and a lovely welcome pack was included. The boat is situated in a good spot near to the marina shower facilities , and also has great access to the quayside restaurants and bars without being noisy. There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance and we highly recommend the Argentinian grill high was exceptional. There is a water taxi to take you to puerto del carmen which is around 10 mins away by car , and playa blanca is 20 mins by car. There is a taxi rank at the marina entrance, and it also has a great supermarket with everything you need . Highly recommended.

What a lovely guy, what a stay! Everything went super smoothly by being picked up from a local spot & then given a thorough introduction to the boat & area. I was very happy there, and could have stayed for weeks. There's a local supermarket in the marina open until 10pm, and everything from top class restaurants to friendly eat-in cafes within a ten minute walk/local town are or within a couple of minutes if you want to stay within the marina. The showers are beautiful and clean with plenty of steaming hot water. Local beaches are white sand beautiful 💚 Keep an eye out for Jolly Roger (local bar) jam night, it was Friday when I visited, local musicians doing amazing acoustic and electronic music. I want to move into a boat. As a tiny home it's just brilliant.

Wir haben uns auf dem Boot herzlich willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns hat die Lage im Hafen sehr gut gefallen, das Boot war geräumiger als gedacht und sehr gut ausgestattet . Gustavo hat uns nicht persönlich getroffen, aber es gab eine sehr gute, freundliche Kommunikation mit ihm. Wir haben das Bootsleben ohne Führerschein genossen 😀. Das WLAN an Bord war top. Das quirlige Arrecife ist fussläufig erreichbar und eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.

Diese Unterkunft war ein ganz tolles Erlebnis! Es war Anfangs etwas schwierig sich auf dem weitläufigen Hafengelände zurechtzufinden aber Salva hat uns mit guten Anweisungen zum Parkplatz direkt vor dem Anlegeplatz gelotst. Er war sehr entgegenkommend beim Check in, trotz Verspätung, kein Problem. Das Boot liegt direkt im Pier von Santa Cruz in einem sicheren, abgesperrten Bereich des Hafens. Um auf das Boot zu gelangen sollte man einigermaßen beweglich sein (man klettert über die Seite hinauf). Ist man erst einmal hinein gelangt, fühlt man sich sofort wie zuhause. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Vom Herd über einen Kühlschrank wie auch fließend Wasser und genügend Steckdosen und USB-Anschlüsse, alles ist vorhanden. Interessant ist die Badezimmer-Situation. WC und Dusche mit Warmwasser sind aber vorhanden und Salva hat uns erklärt worauf zu achten ist. Insgesamt waren wir begeistert und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!
