The recently rebuilt house is situated on a quiet dead-end street on the main road, where most of the shops, restaurants and cafés of the village can be found. The family beach Mareta is a 5-minute walk away and the surfing beach Tonel at 10 minutes. The house is modern and spacious with lots of light and has a living and dining area on the ground floor, a toilet with shower and an open kitchen with all necessary equipment and bar. Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Les murs qui ont survécu au tremblement de terre de 1755 ont été préservés et rénovés avec âme et dévouement dans un style rustique. Lors de la rénovation, nous avons trouvé une sonnette du XIIe au XIVe siècle, ce qui rend l'histoire de cette maison encore plus intéressante. Les plages des côtes sud et ouest sont à 5 km. Il y a la possibilité de loger 2 personnes supplémentaires à 5 mètres de votre maison.
