Cranberry Cabin

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic cozy cabin on the top of the mountain. A basecamp ready for your Palomar adventures. This is a tiny home, 19' x 11' (the bedroom is 11x11ft). Max sleeping capacity: 2 adults and one child under age 5. No AC. Valley views are from guest accessible property, not directly from the cabin porch. Max 2 dogs stay free - disclose bringing them. $100 cat cleaning fee on top of our $50 cleaning fee, and we will charge $200 if you fail to disclose your cat(s).

Our comfortable casita has a full kitchen with a living room, bedroom and full jacuzzi bath. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the patio while you sip wine and listen to the birds chirping. Visit with our resident horses, Hank and Mojo and our pig, Otter. Take a nice walk in the cool evenings or enjoy a bonfire out front! Our Casita comes with a fully stocked kitchen to prepare whatever meal you desire. Heating and AC in casita as well. Horses are also welcome. Please message us for more information.

The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.
