We're also conveniently located 1.5 miles from the beach and the highway. So grab a drink, fire up the grill and relax on the back deck and enjoy the best part of OOB!

Large Studio Room with 2 King Beds with very comfortable mattresses. Studio is half basement with windows, 4 steps down into the basement. Inside the Studio we have Small kitchen area with Coffee Machine, full sink, small refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. Private Restroom with Shower are just outside the Studio, down the Hallway. Studio with bathroom and hallway has separate and private entrance that only used by guests. This apartment is attached to the house where owners live.
