Bruce’s space was exactly as described and pictured. The private community is very calm and peaceful and the beach is virtually a 3 minutes walk from Bruce’s home. We were a party of 7, two of them being kids ages 3 and 5, and the layout of the house and its location couldn’t have been better for our week stay. I would say the only thing missing is a central AC unit; we were lucky to have a week where the nights were cooler but the last day was very warm and humid and we were all missing having AC ! Otherwise the house has everything you could think of, especially the kitchen.

Ali was very responsive. His place was neat, clean, and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our stay. I loved how close it was to the beach. He was nice enough to put an air-conditioning unit on the bottom floor for us as it was very warm downstairs. Bed and rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Only thing I had to bring was towels and wash clothes. He had stocked the basic essentials to get us started and the kitchen was fully furnished. I definitely recommend him and will stay again! Thank you for a great week!!

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt at peace and it was much needed time away from work and even coming from Boston where that that drive was merely an hour and 45 away. We were able to enjoy great food, great atmosphere and overall it was an amazing experience

Comfortable townhouse with beautiful outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the tranquility to read and relax. The beds were very comfortable and after busy days on the beach and sightseeing we all slept well. Furnished nicely and in good taste. Everyone had space to go to for private, quiet time. Easily accessible to beaches, restaurants, Portland and other nearby locations. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay with a good location. Adequate parking and well stocked, this place also has a great pool and is located right next to Cranmore Ski Resort which has activities in the summer. Grill works great. Back yard patio is quiet and beds are comfortable. Enjoy!

We have stayed at several of the unites in this complex and Yama’s was one of the best. Would highly recommend!

We feel so lucky we were able to stay here - it was perfect for our needs, and pretty much perfect generally. Trying to think if I've had a better Airbnb experience - I don't think so. It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful and private - but close to the wedding events we were attending. House layout was ideal; lots of separation between the upstairs bedrooms (my husband getting up for snacks in the middle of the night didn't wake me up, and my going out for an early morning walk didn't disturb him). I would love to return and bring my son and his girlfriend to take advantage of the third bedroom on the main floor. Clean, pretty, and overall just a really pleasant ambience, also thanks to our gracious hosts. I have to say I was a little bit worried when I saw they live in the other half of the house, but honestly, if I hadn't read that, I would have had no idea (except for maybe the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies greeting us).

Stefano's home was absolutely fantastic. Perfect location for three couples. Close to everything and completely private and peaceful. It was lovely waking up to the sounds of the ocean each morning. Perfectly clean and tidy and had everything we could have needed. We can't wait to book again!

Michelle was very quick to respond to any questions, her place was great and it was easy to feel comfortable and relax after a long day at the Fryeburg Fair.

Very pretty, clean, new construction and updated design. Great to have a garage when it snowed. And to be so close to Mt. Cranmore ski area. What a view! MANY stairs: we were aware that it was 3 levels, but, two flights of 16 stairs was tough with luggage and groceries. Limited seating for 4-6 adults especially when eating a meal or watching TV. Lovely fireplaces. Kitchen had everything we needed. All adults reported comfy beds with high end linens/towels. Bunk bed room is really aimed at kids who don't care that it's a tight fit. Plenty of bathrooms outfitted with plenty of towels and kleenex/soaps. On site washer/dryer was appreciated for wet, snowy clothes. Lani was great at responding and helpful to allow us an extended visit.

We had a great time at Harmony Hall! Just a short walk to long sands beach! Close to restaurants and shopping. The space was clean and cozy!

Great location, walkable to the beach and to local restaurants. The condo had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the flavored coffee K-Cups that were provided.

Wonderful family vacation making beautiful memories! The beach is very close (about a mile) and general store and ice cream shop are in walking distance. This is a wonderful spot for small families.

You can’t find a more perfect ski in ski out location at Cranmore - the trail is steps away from the back deck. Ruby’s home is beautiful and super comfortable. We are a family of four and had more than enough space. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Ruby was super helpful and responsive even when I had multiple question while packing for our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Short walk to the beach. Last building on a dead-end street so very safe for the kids to ride bikes and scooters. The train goes past the building, which the kids loved! With the windows closed and the AC running, the noise of the train at night was minimal. This place is a true gem!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The location was awesome. It’s a very, very short walk to the beach and Ocean Park downtown area. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing beach vacation, you really cannot beat Lindsay’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, we really appreciated Lindsay’s organization and detailed instructions. We can’t recommend this spot enough!!!!

An Exceptional First Airbnb Experience! This was my first time staying at an Airbnb, and it exceeded all expectations! The place was spotless—immaculate really—which made it feel like it was either brand new or recently built. The furnishings were tasteful and modern, and the owners clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need. There were plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and seasonings, cozy throws, TVs, games, and even detergent. The comfort level was top-notch, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was a dream—just steps away from the snow, which was an incredible experience for my girls who were seeing snow for the first time. Having snow tubing and the adventure park right nearby was a huge plus, making it easy to keep everyone entertained. Overall, this stay was everything we could have hoped for and more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped place to stay!

This ski condo worked out great. It was very clean and had everything available according to the listing description. We went the second to last week of ski season, but even though the snow was melted to get to the run, it was super easy to carry out skis over to the run and ski out and home. In the middle of the season though you can see how simple it would be to just ski right up to the back door. The kids loved the loft and the parents appreciated the private en suite bathroom!

We spent a few nights here during Feb break with our kids to ski Pleasant Mountain. It could not be more perfect- just across the street from the main lodge parking lot but in a peaceful, lakeside neighborhood. I’d ski half a day and walk back to the condo with my daughter, and then run back again for night skiing. The condo is really quite spacious and the layout is fantastic. We had a blast.

We were looking for a week long stay near XC Skiing in NH. Tuan's condo was perfect. It was very spacious and felt brand new. It was convenient to North Conway and Jackson and therefore close to many skiing and dining options, yet it is located in a beautiful, private woodland location. Over the course of the week we had 3- 8 adults staying at the condo and it was great because of the open concept layout and 4 sleeping areas. Furniture, bathrooms, bedrooms were all comfortable and clean and worked well for that size group. The extra space in the lower level was very private and helpful for my two young grandchildren to have their own space, but one small note is that as is typical of most sofabeds, the mattress might not be well suited for an adult that is particular about their bed. During the week, we had several family members working remotely and the WiFi worked well for us. We would definitely return to Tuan's place in the future.
