A total of 6 people stayed at Lorena’s place and we were all satisfied with our stay! Everyone had their own bed. The bunk beds were pretty big and the beds were so COMFORTABLE. The AC was nice and cool. The bathrooms were big and had lots of mirrors for us girls ! The place is just as described. We only had an issue with the dryer/washer, they weren’t working. Private and gated community. Felt safe the entire stay. Pretty close to Isla verde beach, La Placita, and other popular areas by Uber. 15-20 min walk to the beach. Had to walk along the highway and over the bridge to get there, so I would uber. It was super easy for the Ubers to find us. I would stay at Lorena’s place again. Thank you for all your help

I had the pleasure of staying at Jared's place with my girls and we had a blast. It started off a bit rocky but Jared made it better instantly. The home was very clean and welcoming and there is a lot to do in that area. Close to restaurants, bars, beach, bakery ( kasalta bakery is a must visit, pasteries are delicious) and more. Cons: It gets loud at nights so be mindful of the noise when booking(if you are someone that would be bothered by that). The sun seeps through the blinds in the morning so I was up sooner that expected(I like to sleep in when I'm on vacation). Pros: Beautiful home, lovely decor , love the minimalism, clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Recommendation: A small welcome package for guest (water, tea,coffe,snacks). Adding a safe would a plus. Thank you guys for hosting us. It was a pleasure staying at your home. I do recommend Jared's home and I'll definitely stay again.

I liked it, close to a lot of food spots and Walgreens is a 5 minute walk! The only issue I had was it took a while to get hot water while showering and I would just take cold showers (I recommend letting it run for 10 minutes). And I also didn’t know it was a cleaning fee until after I read the receipt 😭. They want the place exactly how you left it, which is not problem but why charge a cleaning fee if Im doing extra cleaning. However, I’m still giving a 5 ⭐️, they have everything you need there! Loved the nice home and the balcony view. Would definitely stay again.

Eileen’s was the perfect place for my sister, mom and me. We got to relax on the patio with morning coffee, were ~5 min walk to the beach, and had access to many restaurants and shops nearby. Loved the local recommendations and responsiveness. The style of the Airbnb made it extra inviting and relaxing. All of the little details made it feel like home away from home. Would highly recommend!

What can me and family say. Eddie and his wife were amazing I love the communication with them. Place was perfect for what me and family needed for. I will recommend this place to my people I’m from NY so I know a lot of people. I just want to say from me and family thank Eddie and your wife. I love how you guys have the store downstairs for your guest to have easy access to quick breakfast and small things. I be back soon I will keep your place in mind. In August or December thanks!!!!

I loved this unit and all the amenities! It was very clean, home like feel and we really enjoyed the outside patio area. Jose was a great host and would definitely stay again. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Everything was clean, kitchen bathrooms etc. Steven was super helpful since we came on a day that the power went out. Place looks exactly like the pictures. Very minimalistic vibe, had a great stay. Having our own parking spot was 10/10 felt very secure. Will be booking again!

Was a pleasure to be host from Jose Anthony, you can’t expect more everything is very accessible from the house to the restaurants to the highway to go anywhere you have to go is right in the middle of every place And the host was always attentive and very friendly and respectful offering more than just the beautiful home but also getting back to us every time we have a question with perfect suggestions and always very friendly available

Your attention to detail is impeccable, and as a air b n b owner myself, I got a lot of ideas from my properties from you! You made our stay exceptional! Very communicative and responsive. Everything we needed for the beach or pool was available. The grill was great! Kitchen fully stocked. These guys didn't miss anything at all. and folks, During our 11 day stay, Puerto Rico lost power for 3 days straight! the whole island, and we didn't even realize it! The generator and water supply back up, was a blessing to have and kicked on immediately. Air conditioners in everything room with nice cold air blowing. You guy's literally thought of everything! Thank you so much! My family made many great memories. We will be back again soon! My kids didn't even want to leave. We found our new home away from home! Thank you so much! Luis and Laura.

The house was just as described. Located in peaceful quiet area of town but accessible to all the beach routes. Lots of restaurants along the beach roads with friendly people all around.

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

We had a lovely stay at this top of a mountain hill Airbnb. Expect Hot water issue(more details below), this was a five star experience! Zory and Russ are awesome hosts. This is their Family Hill :) The mountain and valley views are absolutely stunning—waking up to the serene foggy rainy landscape was a highlight of our trip. The place was peaceful, well-kept, and overall very comfortable. The only downsides were the missing hot shower and a couple of comforters that had a damp, musty smell. Aside from that, everything else was great and we’d still recommend it for the views and location alone! Pro Tip: If you’re with little kids, just double check on electricity and hot water prior to arrival and always use Waze app for driving directions.

Looks exactly like the photos. Phenomenal views of both the beach and rainforest. There are 3 balconies (yes 3!) the one right off the kitchen was my favorite, bc it’s an end unit, you can see the ocean if you turn your head one way and beautiful rainforest/mountains if you turn it the other, zero obstructions. The pool on the property was well-monitored and the building staff enforce wristbands (diff color daily) to make sure non-residents don’t use the amenities. Never a risk of not getting chairs. We took two different trips to the rainforest bc it’s conveniently located about 10 min away (horse back riding, ATVs, GoKarts, restaurant) they have something for everyone there. Ample restaurants in the area. This was the first AirBnB in which I will likely go back, it checked all the boxes. The host was incredible and responsive. Highly recommend.

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

Lovely apartment! I really appreciated all the thoughtful amennties like having all the basic supplies in the bathroom and kitchen so we could arrive and not worry about going to the store. Basics like oil, seasoning, tupperware, plastic bags, paper towels, trash bags, dishsoap were all available. Also I liked the USB charging stations and the toiletries in the bathrooms. I really loved the fluffy bathrobes and beach towels. All the linens were high quality! Mandy was responsive and helpful especially when we experienced an island-wide power outage. Gorgeous views of the ocean that I could enjoy from the deck. Easy walk to the secluded beach. Highly recommend!

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

It has a lot of space, we had four people so the two bathrooms were really nice. We enjoy the casino next door, being able to go eat at the restaurant in Embassy was convenient when we didn’t want to drive anywhere.

Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.

This is a great place to go for relaxation; beautiful space and beautiful accommodations. Very close .4 miles to Hyatt Regency resort which sells day passes.
