We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

We had a great stay in Birdham. The house was exactly as described & catered for all our needs. It was spacious, uncluttered, tidy & had lots of extra provisions. The location is great for exploring, Chichester, Portsmouth & the surrounding West Sussex county. We visited the beach and Portsmouth Historic Docks & had an amazing meal at The Crown & Anchor. Thank you for such a great base for a three generation family break

We regularly holiday in England as a large family group; seven adults, five children and two dogs. Arnewood Rise is one of the best, if not the best place we have stayed. The house is generously equipped. The garden is large and beautifuly maintained and the location si excellent. Lots do do, plenty of variety and all within easy driving distance. Arabella replied quickly and helpfully to our questions. We plan to come agian.

The property was stunning, immaculately finished, fully equipped, and in an unbeatable location just steps from the beach. Easy walk to a great local restaurant too. The host was very helpful and made everything smooth from start to finish. Our group of 10, spanning all ages from young kids to grandparents, had a fantastic short break. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic Stay, Great Location!

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay with our 1 year old and 3 year old. The house was a perfect location for exploring Bembridge and the walk to the beach each morning was glorious! The house has everything you could ever need and the garden and TV outbuilding were wonderful to relax in and enjoy the sunshine. The hosts were really helpful and proactive with support for all of us. Thanks so much - we would love to return!

Had a lovely stay in a beautiful static caravan. Everythjng was clean and tidy. Its not just an empty house there were things in there for everyone to enjoy such as a dolls house and board games. We were told we were welcome to use anything. There were all the kitchen essientials and more ready and available for use aswel as tea and coffee. We could tell roxanne puts alot of effort into looking after her guests. Only stayed 2 nights wish we were there longer. The perfect little get away. And very wrll cared for and looked after Thanks Roxanne!

Lovely chalet with panoramic views

We had a great time here. Views are amazing . The weather was lovely so we made the most of the outdoor space and the hot tub. Great place for walking.

Becci's flat is very special as the whole place has been lovingly created to be unique. We felt that specialness straight away. The living area is lovely and sunny, with a view across to the pub car park and beyond, with visible trees. When we got there we found everything we'd need for the first 24hours self-catering, and more! It's really close to the sort of local little shop which stocks almost anything you'd want, and a supermarket. Just round the corner is the village green with picnic tables etc. If you, like us, like art ... there is a gallery under the the flat, and at the St Barbe museum in Lymington. If you really love art, then go to the fabulous (free) galleries at the Palais des Vaches. It's only open at weekends. It has grassy walks down to the river with views towards Buckler's Hard. On Sundays you can buy food. For bird lovers there is a hide at Sturt Pond nearly the lighthouse restaurant on the beach, or go to Keyhaven and follow the coastal road.

Great place to stay within the New Forest. Many things to do within walking distance or a short drive. Wonderful hosts, Cazzy & Fred, nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend Oddfellows to other travellers.

We were lucky enough to find Stuart’s place for a long bank holiday weekend escape with our 4 month old baby. What an incredible location! The view from the deck is unbelievable and the fact you’re right on the beachfront means you can enjoy all the benefits of being at the beach without having to trek anywhere with all your stuff. That’s not to overlook the flat itself which is very well appointed and is stocked just as well (if not better) than your own kitchen, making self catering so easy. If the weather turns, there’s plenty of room to relax on the huge sofa. As a host you couldn’t ask more of Stuart, taking his time when we arrived to walk us through everything in the flat that we could possible need and was always quick to respond if we had any questions. Couldn’t recommend staying here more and we can’t wait to return! A true gem!

Had a great couple of nights away. Sue and John are lovely hosts. Place was amazing they thought of everything to make the stay very comfortable. Very peaceful and great views of the river. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would stay again.

We had an amazing, relaxing stay. The cabin is completely secluded, surrounded by nature and deer, with spacious private fields perfect for walks—our dogs were in heaven. It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a warm heater. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening and didn’t feel the need to leave at all. Easy to find, with clear instructions from Sara. We’ll definitely be returning!

The place is a gem. We enjoyed our stay, the place is clean and quiet, there are beautiful spring flowers, thank you for the fresh eggs and vegetables; the kids love the place too. This place is highly recommended. The staff are superb! We will definitely come back.

Jo’s place was fantastic. The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and outdoor area is perfect for a getaway. Very convenient to get to, and the check-in and out was extremely easy. Great communication from Jo about everything also, she was great all around. Highly recommend 5+ stars.

This was an amazing discovery! So spacious, modern, spotless and perfect. The hot tub was fabulous and such thoughtful things were left for our use including amazing bath products. We can’t wait to return! Thank you so much for a brilliant mini break :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It had everything we needed inside and more, we were welcomed by a hamper of goodies. The private garden was lovely where we enjoyed a BBQ and had visits from the amazing peacocks. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. We would love to visit again in the future.
