Lovely home and very spacious. Everything was excellent!

This was the perfect location for a relaxing weekend out of the city. We enjoyed the peaceful location and the kids had a blast on the slide. Pam was a very proactive host who paid attention to the details! From the fire wood that was provided to the local recommendations she was excellent! Will definitely be back!

Our stay at Pecanway Farm House was absolutely perfect for our daughter's wedding weekend. It wasn't just a place to sleep; it felt like going to grandma's house – warm, welcoming, and filled with a comforting sense of home. Having our family members stay with us under one roof was such a gift. It allowed for precious moments of connection, laughter, and support leading up to and after the big day that wouldn't have been possible in separate hotel rooms. The house itself was well equipped with everything we needed to host, cook, and connect. The game room and pool table received a lot of attention from everyone! It provided a wonderful backdrop for creating lasting memories. We are so grateful for this haven that allowed our family to truly be together during such a special time. We highly recommend Melissa and Brett and their Pecanway Farm House to anyone looking for more than just accommodation – they're offering a space for connection and cherished family moments.

This is a beautiful house close to the UNT campus and stadium. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Matan was very responsive to questions and instructions. I would highly recommend this house.

We had the best time it was very homey, cute and trendy, and it was just an amazing stay! Stephanie and her husband were so accommodating to all our needs. We will for sure be back.

It was wonderful staying at Susan’s house! She was excellent & I was always able to reach her for anything! The house is just like the pictures, BEAUTIFUL! Very beautiful home, met all our expectations as detailed in the Airbnb description. Felt right at home and our guest felt right at home as well. The master bedroom is in a private part of the home, away from guest rooms. The bathrooms and showers were grand, plenty of space to get ready for any special event. Pool area very beautiful and plenty of space for a cookout and family gathering; indoor and outdoor. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. God Bless
