Very much enjoyed our stay here - such a peaceful and serene setting. It was the perfect place to unwind, and our toddler really enjoyed having the cows, alpacas, and horse right outside the studio. The trampoline and beautiful woodland walk in the grounds were also great - so much space to explore and enjoy nature. We didn’t get the chance to try the coffee club this time, but it sounded brilliant and we’d love to come back for that. A really special place - highly recommended.

We stayed at the Pump House which was great for three families and big enough for everyone to have their own area of the house. Lovely themed rooms which the kids all enjoyed. It was great to have to the toys, travelcot, childrens crockery etc. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the animals. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Relaxing weekend at White House Farm Holiday Cottages. We had everything we needed and Angela was very flexible with the check out time and responded quickly to messages.

A beautiful converted cottage with a recently refurbished feel. Very close to Nottingham (20 mins by car to the centre) and a very private area. Paul and Suzie were very accommodating and helpful.

Really wonderful, practical accommodation in a lovely location. The garden is fantastic with a stunning view.

Stephen is amazing, personable, responsive, ready with helpful actionable suggestions if you need them . The place itself is on a beautiful , riverside property, with beautifully maintained garden, swimming pool. It is 10 minutes drive from Peterborough and 25 minutes form Stomford, and has many trails and walks around that you can explore.

Excellent communication from hosts. It's a converted barn that has been done very well. Lovely peaceful short walks and endless views of large fields. lovely clear day for us so if you have a telescope bring it as good for stargazing. Clean and everything you need. No tv but didn't need as brought a blue tooth speaker to property. You are close to other properties as they are connected but we didn't hear a lot from other people next door and it's had private screening when on patio. Very quiet place and scenic

Gorgeous place. Home envy! We loved it. Can't fault it. Great location. Host great communicator when we had a question but gave us space and left us to get on with it in their absence. Self check-in and check-out suited us perfectly.

The Roost is a beautiful spacious, immaculately clean place to stay. Everything you need for a home away from home. Lovely Easter touches made it so pretty. Beautiful, peaceful location with a lovely fully enclosed garden for our dog. Will definitely be back here when we next come to stay in Spalding.

The barn was the perfect stay for our long Easter weekend visiting family, and our first stay away from home with our 9 month old baby. The barn was more spacious than we anticipated and is clearly very lovingly maintained. The surroundings were beautiful and Brian and Georgie made sure that we were comfortable and felt welcome. We went on a short, local walk recommended by Brian and visited the nearby Buttery for a fantastic lunch. We will definitely book in again if we are in the area visiting family in the future.

A really lovely stay and just what we wanted for some peace and quiet. Felt really luxurious for the price, incredibly spacious with lots of lovely little touches and an amazing view. Siobhan was very welcoming and friendly. We would happily return again, thank you!

Heathers place is so beautiful just love the accommodation and surroundings. Heather is super friendly and helpful with thoughtful touches like the welcome goodies which were a lovely surprise! We will be back and we happily recommend to friends and family too!

Beautiful, newer place that looks just like the pictures. Very remote and quiet. Only draw back is the shower is on the small side.

Nikki's place was perfect. The downstairs living space is spacious, bright and clean. There is a huge kitchen with plenty of utensils/gadgets if you wish to cook. We didn't have lots of time to explore the outdoors, but there are lots of footpaths direct from the property. The beds were also lovely and comfy. Thanks for hosting our family.

We can not applaud The Redbarn enough, it exceeded our expectations, it had everything we needed and more! The hosts' attention to detail was exceptional and very much appreciated. Both Ginny and Adrian were very approachable, helpful and friendly. We had a very comfortable and fun time celebrating my daughter's forthcoming wedding in the Redbarn, it was just a shame we couldn't stay any longer! I would highly recommend this lovely place and will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed in 'The Stables' which was a perfect place for us to stay. The building is decorated in a modern and comfortable style, we felt it was a home from home. Nikki has thought of everything we could have needed and the cottage is well thought out and immaculately clean. We will most definitely be coming again.

Great stay lovely location very peaceful. Amazing communication throughout from Susan. Everything is thought of no step missed. The place kitted out with all you need and super clean. Would highly recommend if you fancy an off the grid break!

2nd time staying here, just as lovely as the 1st! Loft was very clean and comfortable, beautiful views of the farm fields and nice walks. Well stocked kitchen and selection of teas, biscuits and even honey from the farm which was very thoughtful. Very calming and peaceful place to stay, would definitely recommend.

Your stay at Maggie's farm will likely be one of two experiences, either like visiting a well loved great Auntie you haven't seen in awhile but also enjoy your visits or simply a great stay at a fine BnB in a peaceful location in the Midlands. Unfortunately you can't "choose" which experience you will have as it seems to be predestined but either will be a joy if you've already clicked on the listing based on cover photo alone. Lend Maggie a hand and your efforts will be repaid twofold with interesting and thoughtful conversation and maybe some flapjacks. I already miss the place and look forward to returning in the future to give Tilly a scratch and catch up with "Auntie" Maggs. You'd be silly not to stay, just expect a strong honest old gal to meet you at the door.
