None of the amenities are shared. The fully-equipped kitchenet has everything you'll need to cook and warm your meals. Guest suite is the entire basement apartment which is a part of a bigger home where host lives.

The house is located 30 mins from Baltimore and 45 mins from Washington DC. University of Maryland College park campus is 25 min drive. University of Maryland Baltimore campus is 20 mins drive. Superstores are 5-7 min drive. Mac, burger King's and other food stores are also 5-7 mins drive. Please check house manual before reservation.
