Great place only 10 min walk to restaurants and shopping. The house is decorated nicely with lots of character. Everything was clean and comfortable. We rented for a weekend get away with three friends and it was perfect for our group. We had an issue with the oven - but the host was responsive and friendly. Overall great place - we would rent again.

Cody's place was great! We had more than enough room for everyone and everything we needed to have a great week while away working The games room was great for the guys to blow off some steam from working . We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thanks for having us Cody..it was great!

I had the pleasure of staying here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday, and we were extremely impressed. the price was very affordable, so we were skeptical, but RETAIN surprised up in the best way possible. it was just what we needed. Waking up with a cup of coffee on the porch watching the geese really hit the spot. I felt right at home and even though I lost my phone on this vacation... RETAIN gave me a reason to forget that and just be happy in the moment. I will recommend this place forever.

Perfect location for me. Near shopping, restaurants and my daughter’s house. Exactly as described. Loved that they cleared the driveway and walkway for me when there was heavy snow. Would highly recommend.

Tania's place was spotless when we arrived. Loved the well stocked kitchen, we used many of the provided supplies and everything was in great condition. The wood stove was so warm, tons of kindling and logs provided. Area was quiet and peaceful, and I love that our family dog was a welcome tag along for our getaway. Kids asked to please go back in the summer to enjoy the waterfront and surroundings, I would absolutely book with Tania again!

If you are looking for a unique place to stay that is loaded with character and charm this it! The complete experience with Martin from the start of our booking to the end of our stay was always open and honest. Our stay was very relaxing and we felt right at home as soon as we walked into the house. We were able to host a family holiday dinner that was easy to prepare in the full kitchen. Martin did confirm that there was enough cookware but when we arrived he had left extra supplies just in case we needed more, that’s ‘Celebrity Service’. All beds were comfortable, bedrooms were large and the linens clean. We didn’t want to leave at the end of stay but will not hesitate to stay here again in future.

Jas was very responsive, accommodating, and empathetic, especially on short notice and a challenging situation. We're very appreciative.

Lovely experience. We booked the spa as well, and it was exactly what we needed. We liked the privacy, relaxation, very peaceful. It was easy to find the cabin, great instructions on what to pack, and what to expect. Definitely recommending our friends to visit this hidden gem.

Booked for my sons Birthday so he could have a few friends for a sleepover weekend, was perfect TV was large we gamed and made great Memories, I highly recommend the view is spectacular

The apartment was bigger than expected and well laid out. It had all the conveniences of home and it was in walking distance to a beautiful park with a great pathway system. Thank you for the great restaurant recommendations as they lived up to your review. We certainly recommend this spot to anyone stopping through Saint John.

Is it possible we give 5000 stars instead of just 5?! Sylvia, Paul and their place are hidden GEMs in Grand-Bay Westfield. We recently had the pleasure of staying at their wonderful, cozy place at Grand-Bay Westfield that felt like a home away from home. The space was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. Sylvia and Paul went above and beyond, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to offer helpful tips about local area and ensure our stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality made our experience truly memorable. We stayed there with our little one and our cat. They even prepared the house with extra equipment needed for a baby and a cat to be safe and comfortable. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely place to stay and being such gracious hosts. Take care of yourselves as well as lovely James, Maya, Whippy and Sam. Hopefully, we will have the chance to see you guys and stay at your place again. :)

A beautiful place to stay! The cottage is super clean and has so much charm. Everything worked really well, we were given plenty of towels for the bathroom and the kitchen, the private lake access was wonderful, and we enjoyed playing badminton, bocce ball and cards. We only stayed for three days but would have been happy to stay for a full week! Just a really lovely space! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Beautiful cottage! The views of the bay are breathtaking from the wrap around deck and from inside as well. My husband and I had a great weekend getaway and enjoyed cooking on deck, sipping coffee in the mornings and playing pool in the evenings. Great for couples and families. Highly recommend :)

The place was very beautiful and amazing. The scenery was gorgeous! We had a very cozy and relaxed stay throughout.

We had a wonderful stay we had at this cozy cabin. We were impressed by all the thoughtful details including a towel warmer, treats for the dogs, a variety of crocs to wear to the hot tub or lake, and everything we needed to cook Easter dinner including a roast pan! The hot tub was lovely and the bbq was top of the line. Our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. This is a lovely set up for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for a great stay!

The Blue Whale gave us a perfect vacation! Becky was a very responsive and kind host, and her place has everything we needed to be comfortable and have an easy trip with 2 young kids. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds are super comfy, and the TV's were easy to use. There are so many thoughtful touches in the clean and neat house that make it special, such as robes for the hot tub, a detailed info book, and games and activities for the kids. And bonus - we loved the view of the sea caves! We cannot wait to return.

Beautifully appointed and decadently large apartment well located to central St John. Unfortunately the Container Village wasn’t open yet but it’s just a couple of blocks away. The hot tub was fabulous and easy to use, and very private (no concern about being visible to neighbors). Heather was very responsive and helpful, and provided nice chocolates on the beds, plenty of coffee pods, and was generous with everything in the apartment. Expensive, but would stay again!

An absolutely wonderful weekend with my girl friend to recharge and enjoy the spa. The place is absolutely beautiful, well decorated, beds are comfortable. Gorgeous view. Justin was a great host

We had such a wonderful stay. Close to local pubs and convenience stores. Everything was as described and we had no issues! We will certainly be coming back in the future!

This was such a great spot to spend with the family to wind down and relax. We loved the giant Connect 4 and all of the extras offered. There was coffee, hot chocolate, ice in the freezer and the fire table on the deck was perfect! There is a Firestone grill and the beds were beyond comfortable with cozy bedding. There were fuzzy blankets everywhere to make each space extra cozy. A huge plus for our family is that we got to bring our fur babies! We normally have to pay sitters. All and all it was exactly what we needed. We'll be back!

Absolutely amazing stay. I will be back over and over again!
