Das Haus ist wunderschön , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet den versprochenen Platz mit einer guten Einteilung. Jetzt im November war die Heizung wichtig. Das Wlan ist gut, es gibt ausreichend Platz, um auch zu arbeiten. Die Vermieter haben auf Anfrage schnell und kompetent reagiert. Das Haus ist von einem tollen , großen Garten mit großer , überdachter Terrasse umgeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besser geht es nicht.

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

We stayed for 3 nights and felt right at home from the off. Tanya and Igor were fantastic hosts, they met us at the property and showed us around as well as being prompt at replying to any queries. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was the perfect location for us to be able to travel in and out of the centre of Venice. It was a 2 minute walk from the Quarto D’Altino train station which takes you to Venice in around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, there was a train strike on one of the days, but even then a bus into the centre was manageable. There are a few takeaway places, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants in the area if you wanted to remain more local. We had a wonderful time, and would not hesitate to return! O cazare excelenta, foarte frumoasa si ordonata in care gasesti absolut tot ce e necesar. Pe langa asta, gazda este minunata, iti ofera informatii si raspunde in timp util. Se observa atentia la detalii si totul este la superlativ! Vom reveni cu siguranta!!

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Facile d’accès, très bien situé à proximité de principaux lieux de visite. Notre hôte a été très accueillante et disponible. Le logement est agréable.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

Giorgia es una amfitriona genial muy amable y pendiente en todo momento. El apartamento muy limpio y con muchas comodidades . Muy buena comunicacion con Venezia con una parada de tramvia al lado del apartamento que te lleva a Venezia por 1.5 euros. El centro de Mestre esta a unos 10 minutos a pie con un paseo muy tranquilo. En el centro hay varios restaurantes para comer..Muy recomendable todo

Great place to stay in the heart of Venice. Easy walking distance to many places. Great host who was easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

We travelled as a family with two teenage boys at Easter time. Fabio was a wonderful host and very kind, responsive and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay a great experience. We arrived in Venice late at night with an unexpected flight delay. Fabio was so kind as to wait for us so that he could take us to the Airbnb and show us around. The area is very peaceful and quiet as well only 5 mins away from the main tourist area. All is very walkable from there. The ferry to the airport is also very close by. The Airbnb came with most everything we needed and was very comfortable for us. The bedding is really good and the house is charming and clean. We definitely recommend this Airbnb. This is a lovely place to stay in Venice.

La casa di Paolo è molto ampia, pulitissima e fornita di ogni utensile possa far comodo in cucina. La zona è ottima per visitare il Delta del Po.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Venice! The bus stop with direct access to the city is right around the corner. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Nina and Julian were very welcoming and friendly. We’re looking forward to staying here again!

The place is very quiet and peaceful. Everything is great. No walkable restaurants though, but this is not problem

Casa Tey è corrispondente all'annuncio e l'host è cordiale e precisa. Zona tranquilla, vicino ad un parco per bambini, al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Ottimo per famiglie (anche numerose come la nostra).

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

A wonderful gem in the Italian country side. quiet and clean. super dog friendly and easy to get in and out with a gated driveway. Elisabetta was super flexible and responsive. we had clean beds set up for us just like we asked and flexible check in and check out made it a relaxing getaway. also the home made cookies melted out hearts and melted in our mouths. will definitely visit again in the future.
