Dining has never been more delightful than on the deck overlooking the bay.

Fabulous, totally quiet & private light-filled timber tiny house only metres from the best beach and cafes on the Mornington Peninsula and only an hour from Melbourne. 15 minutes' drive from the amazing Peninsula Hot Springs, fabulous wineries and endless golf courses. The Garden @ 3938 offers the perfect couples retreat in a delightful back garden setting. This open plan guesthouse offers a king size bed with all linen, ensuite with a large shower, bath towels, hand and body wash. A generous living space offers a big comfy couch, a 50 inch t.v., Netflix and an electric block out blind for ultimate privacy.
