If you want to enter the world of Nicholas Sparks, this is it! This home is less than ten miles from North Topsail Beach; five miles from Camp Lejeune; twenty-two miles from Jacksonville, NC; and twenty-six miles from Onslow Memorial Hospital (for any traveling nurses!). The Riverview Cafe and a public boat ramp are both within walking distance.

Original Washington "Caboose, etc."

I Built in 1913, this historic site was originally the Norfolk-Southern Cafe. In the 1930s, the building was the site of grocery stores and meeting spaces, eventually becoming a popular coffee shop called "The Coffee Caboose". The space was converted into a private house, located steps from the waterfront and downtown dining and shopping. We sincerely invite you to come and enjoy our waterfront town.
