Pool&SPA are not included in the price, but are available. SKI Shuttle is available! Free parking on premises! Elevator in the building! The place is perfect for adults, looking for a relaxing getaway or remote work among nature. Sleeping arrangement is adjustable: 2 single beds 80x200 or 1 double bed 160x200. Top mattresses for extra comfort are available. Seasonal pool. Free parking. The studio is part of an inhabited villa, yet independent. Plovdiv downtown is 30min by car. We work with a rent-a-car company if you need.

Our apartment is positioned in the breath taking landscapes of the Rhodope Mountains. Discover the mountains like never before with the delightful walks and accompanying far reaching views over the lakes and surrounding evergreen forests. We are 17 minutes drive from gondola lift Stoykite - Snezhanka Peak . After 9 minutes trip, you will reach the very top (1925 m) of the international ski resort Pamporovo. Ski and snowboard enthusiasts can enjoy 14 ski trails with a total length of 20 km.

Our place is great for families and groups of friends. The big relaxing garden offers the perfect escape from the city noise. Nevertheless, it's just 10 minutes drive away from the city. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and we live next door, so we are always there to help you. You're more than welcome to borrow our bikes, if you want to make a tour or use the sports playground for all kind of sport activities. We have nets, basketball hoop and cricket equipment.
