This Air BnB was wonderful! The atmosphere was peaceful and the lake was gorgeous! The condo was clean and spotless. Carrie was responsive and helpful! 10/10 place!

What an incredible location! So peaceful and calm. We were looking for a bottom floor rental so that my father in law did not have to climb any stairs and this condo fit the bill. What an added bonus that it put us right on the water! My husband had to work some and he enjoyed working on the back balcony, saying it kept his work stress down. The decor of the condo is beautiful and welcoming, and we found everything we needed and easily accessible. The beds were comfortable, although the small queen did move a lot. But there were plenty of blankets and extra pillows available. We did have issues with the TVs connecting to wifi. Christopher was incredibly responsive with trying to get the issues taken care of. He sent, Jessica to fix it and she was super sweet and helpful. While they were able to get the living room tv to work, the bedrooms did not. However, this was a small inconvenience. We will definitely come back to stay appreciated the wonderful relaxing stay we had.

My husband and I chose this place for our one year anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful! We were on a budget so the price was good for us and it was well worth it! Best place you could get for the price! There was amazing scenery and it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for any couple wanting a cute cozy get away!

Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy, clean, right on the lake. Quiet, with good views. Nice patio area, grill and fire pit.

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

I brought a group of students on a field trip and we stayed here, they all loved it. We had a great time, the house was amaing.

We have stayed in many Airbnb rentals and I can tell you we have had really great experiences. However, this one truly is one that will surpass all expectations once you arrive! The photos on the listing are beautiful but we were stunned by how breathtakingly gorgeous the home was! In its entirety, truly beautiful! So much more so than you can tell from the photos! Wonderful hosts, transparent and available for any need. If it tells you anything, we’re already looking at dates to return soon. Thank you again for sharing your home with our family. Perfect location! This is a wonderful place to spend a wknd or longer for sure! Our goal this wknd was to relax & shut out the world for a bit... we did just that. We chose not to bring the boat with us this trip... but enjoyed plenty of fishing, relaxing, bird watching & reading! 🙂 Can't go wrong with this place! Doyet was a very friendly outgoing host with many local recommendations. The house situated on Lake Hamilton has great views and is convenient to all that Hot Springs has to offer. Check in was easy and communication fast if any questions arose. Thanks again Doyet!

Beautiful location peaceful environment

Super cute! Bed was very comfy, big balcony, and plenty of room. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was clean and gorgeous and had everything we needed. It was a very calm and peaceful area close to everything in Hot Springs. We loved it and we had a great trip.

We love staying here when we need somewhere private but not too far from town! Beautiful scenery on the water!

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The view of the lake is amazing. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. Everything was as described and very clean. It is far enough away from the city noise but close enough to get to everything you need. We would definitely come back again.

We had rented this place and it was one of the best location to spend a quality time with family. The view was amazing and most importantly Russ was very responsive when i had some questions. I have already recommended to some of my friends and would recommend for anyone. Might even plan to reserve again.

Nice place, clean, easy communication with the host. Great lake views, close proximity to Kroger and the restaurants. WIFI is good enough to check emails, weather, etc. Kitchen equipped properly if you need to cook. AC and appliances are in a great shape.
