Excellent stay, spent just under 2 weeks here. Everything as described and listed. I had a better sleep in the bed than I do at home! Host is very responsive, good parking too. Would stay here again.

We stayed one night and were very comfortable. Will's place was clean, cozy and had everything we could need. The location is perfect, you can walk right over the bridge into Portsmouth's lively downtown in 15-20 minutes! Excellent instructions and recommendations. We definitely recommend Will's place😊

I rarely stay in an Airbnb where I feel so at home. The place isn’t big but it is well designed, has lots of natural light, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed is really comfortable, and the lighting is super cozy. It’s quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and beautifully furnished with an amazing view of the ocean and the dunes! Even though we had rainy and chilly weather for most of our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if the occasion arose. Our hosts were very quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Great spot for a weekend getaway! Comfortable space in a great location. Parking in nearby city lot is easy and inexpensive.

Gil’s home was just like the pictures! Great home in a perfect location in Salem Nh. Gil was also super responsive all throughout from when you book until you check out! Definitely recommend this home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first floor rooms felt bigger than the photos indicated, and the house has beautiful views of the ocean and a peaceful neighborhood to walk in with our 5 and 7 year old. It was a four minute drive away from the seacoast science center too where our kids were going for camp, and only ten min to downtown Portsmouth and overall is the perfect beach house, with a bathroom immediately off the back entrance of the house for easy changing after beach visits. Also loved the separate sun porch so we could really have separate living quarters when the kids were sleeping upstairs. Only downside is we didn't have control of the heat pump so had to message when we wanted the temp changed. But otherwise, we loved it and will be booking again if we ever return for the kids camp!

We were thrilled with our stay at Shawn’s. It was beautifully decorated and super clean. We wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the screened in porch. We highly recommend it!

We had a group of 12 for our stay, we were there for Ogunquit Prelude, and this spot was able to accommodate our group so well! 3.5 bathrooms was amazing, just one couple had to share a room but everyone else had their own room. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking, lots of games, lots of seating on the main floor with big open concept, it was amazing. The house is super walkable to the beach, so the winter beach walks were a bonus. Highly recommend for a large group!

"Vitamin Sea" was a lovely place to stay for my husband and I.. It was quiet and out of the craziness of the hampton strip, yet we were able to Uber to the strip within 5 minutes. Edith's place was clean and felt like home, and she was very responsive when we had questions. We hope to return next year!

Emplacement et appartement idéal, avec deux salles de bain complètes. Magnifique vue et grande terrasse. Marko très sympathique et disponible. Répond rapidement à toutes demandes ou questions. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Seul bémol, l'appartement est un peu négligé et demanderait un peu plus d'attention et de propreté. Nous en avons fait part à Marko qui s'est montré très intéressé à remédier à la situation. C'est un hôte vraiment agréable.

This has to be the best air bnb I have ever stayed at! The place was very neat, clean, organized. Plenty of towels, blankets, and had every amenity you could ask for! It was decorated for Christmas which really brought a great vibe! Would 10/10 recommend!

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

Most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location was as described, and the scenery was breathtaking. I will be planning on coming and staying here again next year and years to follow!

Kevin's place was amazing in so many ways. Location is the first! Not only is his rental across from the beach and you can gaze at the crashing waves to your hearts content, but his space was well appointed; we didn't use the kitchen much, but when we did, we had what at we needed at our fingertips. There were things left from other guests available for you to use. The condo was clean and what you see in the pictures is EXACTLY what you get. Check is was the easiest checkin I could imagine-there WERE PICTURES. You can't mess it up. Kevin was super responsive when we needed him. The only thing to consider is parking is in the back of the condo and you must pass thru a low clearance corridor from route 1a to the parking lot. Those with a high clearance vehicle or a thule rack or j bars for kayaks might have an issue with clearance. We have a siennna with no roof racks and had no issues. Thank you, Kevin, we will happily return!!
