Très belle et grande maison avec toutes les commodités nécessaires et même plus. Les pièces sont gigantesques et il y a vraiment de la place pour tout le monde. On n’a manqué de rien: serviettes, serviettes de plage, draps, oreillers, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle, essuie-tout, papier de toilette. On avait même une réserve supplémentaire. Il y a deux chambres principales avec leur salle de bain attenantes et deux chambres avec de multiples lits qui partagent une salle de bain commune. En plus d’une salle de lavage et d’une salle d’eau. Située à North Beach, loin du tumulte de Hampton Beach, la plage est très tranquille avec une ambiance familiale et elle se situe à 5 min de marche. On trouve une épicerie et de petits restaurants à 5 min de voiture. Il y a un petit balcon avec un BBQ qui donne sur une magnifique vue du coucher de soleil sur le marais. Seul bémol: on aurait apprécié avoir plus de place et de chaises pour en profiter à l’extérieur. Merci encore. Nous reviendrons.

This is a great place to stay just outside of Ogunquit its only 7 mins down the road. All the comforts of home and amenities. We would stay here again. it's also centrally located enough to do ALOT we went as far south as Boston and as far north as Acadia national park and as far west as white mountain national forest.

Our family was in town for my wife's SNHU graduation when we had an issue with our original home rental. I contacted Bob and Carter about this home and they were more than responsive and accommodating! This house was beautiful, extremely clean, warm and inviting! The only complaint that my family had was that we had to leave. Thank you again Bob and Carter for rescuing our trip!

My husband and I were getting married and in his mind it is customary to not see the bride until she walks down the aisle! On my mind…I didn’t just want to come home, as we live together, just like any other night. I took my mother with me the night before our wedding and fell in love with this cute, quiet place with a gorgeous view, again nothing too far from our venue. We had worked out a little confusion on communication, we were great and going to have the cutest little house overlooking a pond/lake! My mother loved it and my husband loved it as well. It was very well kept, gorgeous view out the ceiling to floor windows! Private, quaint, easy to get to, quiet….just super cute all around! My husband and I do Airbnb‘s a couple times a year….if we were to look for some place close to home, we would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was great!

Our stay was fantastic - we thoroughly enjoyed the house and amenities. Chris is a great host - very responsive, friendly, and helpful. 100% would stay here again and hope to do so this summer!

We had a such a great time staying at Kristen’s! The house was perfect for a fun weekend of themed activities and games, and we loved being walkable to the beach! Kristen was very accessible for any questions and always provided prompt and helpful answers!

We have been coming to Short Sands for 7 years and this is the ideal location in between short sands and long sands. The house and backyard were private and perfect for our two families getting together. Would recommend this place to any of our friends and we are already looking at our calendar for our next trip at this house.

Kind host and left us eggs from her chickens in the refrigerator. Quick to respond when we needed anything.

Excellent stay, spent just under 2 weeks here. Everything as described and listed. I had a better sleep in the bed than I do at home! Host is very responsive, good parking too. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was nice accommodations with good amenities and we felt very comfortable here. The place was clean and bright and welcoming. The hosts were communicative and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic historic apartment in downtown! Easy walk to the cafes and small businesses. Parking was free from 9pm to 8am so easy overnight parking. Even gave us a free wine bottle in thw frodge waiting for us after a long drive. Can't day enough great things!

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

Great spot for a weekend getaway! Comfortable space in a great location. Parking in nearby city lot is easy and inexpensive.

In my opinion, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The host was exceptional, and the property met all my requirements. It was well-equipped and immaculately clean.
