Absolutely beautiful house with stunning views. Well equipped house and perfect for our stay. Shay super helpful as well.

This is our third, possibly fourth stay with Kerry. The stay is like home from home, with everything you could want in a beautifully decorated space. Kelly replies extremely quickly and nothing seems too much trouble. She's even managed to reserve the good weather for us each time we come...

Delightful AirBnB; stunning location and views over the sea and the setting sun from the deck with a glass of Guinness Zero just what the Doctor ordered ! Everything was clean, tidy, functioning and comprehensively equipped. Check in straightforward and private parking outside. David and Angela's communication before and after was excellent. It was a quiet week and break for the two of us and our Labrador to simply relax. We went "off season" which suited us well. The morning and evening walks along the beachfront good for the soul. We have no hesitation in recommending this AirBnB and David and Angela. It is ideally located to explore North Devon if you want to go more wider than Woolacombe. Conversely, just enjoy the views from the deck and relax. An evening meal in the Chichester Arms in Mortehoe just up the road - coupled with a log fire - and then back to the AirBnB lounge on the sofa with a decent movie. We would happily book this again - in fact - we are tempted to buy there !

Helen was so helpful! Her place is absolutely spotless. Well equipped for a family! Kitchen is fantastic, everything you need! Great garden area which is private and secure which was perfect for our pooch! This house is exceptionally clean. We will be back - Thank you Helen x

Really nice stay. Ruth was helpful & responded quickly. The house slept 4 of us comfortably and was lovely & warm. It couldn’t have been better for access to the beach where winter dipping in the sea meant we could get back quickly & warm up. Highly recommended & Hele Bay is one of the nicest spots you could hope for.

Sea views and a sea side garden made this a perfect weekend retreat for two. With the help of the extensive digital information the house was easy to find and perfectly presented. Discovering a full cream tea package in the fridge was a wonderful surprise. As someone who likes to cook I was pleased to find a kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils to rustle up a birthday dinner. We enjoyed using the garden seating area to make the most of the sunny spells and watch the world go by. Parking is at an absolute premuim so be prepared to practice your parallel parking, but everything in Appledore is just a short walk away, which means you can forget about your car. The Royal George, 5 minutes away, does delicious food, particularly if you're after a hearty roast.

Enjoyed a great stay with the family, including 6 year olds, parents and grandparents. The house was superbly presented with everything you need, a short walk from the beech and cafes, and in a great location. Was perfect for what we were looking for!

This was our 2nd time staying at Helen’s place and we loved it just as much as the first time. Last time we stayed as a group (4 adults 2 toddlers) and this time just us (2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 dog) and each time it perfectly met our needs. The house is perfect, a home away from home and in the most beautiful setting. Its location makes it perfect for exploring the local area and beyond! Thank you Helen for another great stay.

This is our second stay at Atlantic View - and just as wonderful. Beautifully situated, with stunning views. A home from home - the space is very clean and well equipped. The holiday village is quiet, but with new facilities open which are lovely. Heated pool, bar and restuarant within walking distance.

Loved the Caravan clear instructions as to how to access and gain entry which was useful as we did not realise just how big the site was! It was very clean warm and comfortable also very well equipped. I have to say I did not read the instructions carefully enough and brought no bedding with us. This was resolved via the Reception on the site and for a small deposit we were provided with bedding which was delivered! Deposit returned on return of the bedding so no crisis. Lots of lovely walking from the caravan perfect for the dog. We were visiting friends in the area and would definitely consider coming again.

Great house in lovely location. Layout suited us well (2 families with kids and grandparents). Washing facilities proved very useful. Pool rota worked well and there was always a time available that suited us (open 8am-7pm). Host responded quickly. Lacking house guidance but not a problem and host responded to advise. Note access into house could be an issue for less able and push chairs-steep steps to front and lowest step broken away (advised host so this might get fixed). Rear access via steps and narrow sloping and muddy path. Parking to rear -you block in your other car. Parking spaces not spacious but adequate. We loved it thank you Beach Retreats!

We really enjoyed the stay at Butlins. We had a fantastic time. The shows were good. The food at the resort was excellent and the staff there was always friendly and helpfull.

From the outset Kathryn welcomed us with all and more essential information regarding her beautiful apartment. It lived up to and excelled our expectations and we enjoyed the most wonderful, comfortable and relaxing few days. What a wonderful time had by all. Seaglass is such a beautiful location, breathtaking views, stunning sunsets & a 5 star feel to the apartment. We had a fantastic week at Beachside. The house and location were amazing. You’re only 2 mins walk from the beach.The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds made for restful sleep.The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions and the best beach was just next to us.Also amazing view from the house!Highly recommend this beautiful property to others.

Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

Spectacular setting, gorgeous views ever-changing with the weather & the light, clean & well-equipped, very comfortable beds. James was a very responsive host; we appreciated him letting us know when the property was ready earlier than the check in time, and also the essentials such as milk and bread as well as the lovely cake.

We had a great stay at Vicky’s beautiful home, the sea views were breathtaking and the property had everything you need for a couple or one person. Perfect size parking space for one car and extremely close to local town. We would highly recommend and love to return next time we visit Woolacombe!

Bay view road bungalow lived up to its photographs. Brilliantly quirky, loved the swing in the lounge, the most amazing view, the conservatory making it perfect for sunny or pouring with rain days. We didn’t need for anything, lovely and warm on the cold rainy day we had, brilliantly hot in the sunshine. We will definitely stay again. We initially struggled to find it as we had come in form a different direction for the directions given, but the post codes/satnav takes you to the road, so then just find the number. Easy parking, a few steep steps down to the bungalow, but there is a hand rail, so not an issue. We loved it and will be back.

Beautiful place to stay, about 3 minutes walk to the beach and next to places to eat and drink. It was clean and everything looked well maintained and looked after. Louise was fantastic, she welcomed us as we pulled up and responded to messages quickly. Would highly recommend

This private accommodation was one of the best places we have stayed in during our 10 years on Airbnb. Excellent comms from the get go and first class listing throughout... well thought through and everything you need in a fully equipped modern kitchen and upstairs living/sleeping area.….so glad we found it and are already preparing to return later in the year. Nicola is a superb host and extremely thoughtful.🙏 Of course, weather plays an extra hand when it’s in favour especially on the fabulous Woolacombe beach as it was for us, however, we would still find it restful and peaceful no matter what the weather was outside. A few steep bits around the town and towards the property walking wise so something to consider if mobility is a personal challenge otherwise book it now and then grab your bags when it’s time, take the motor and enjoy!
