Emma's place was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us - including our 2 big dogs! The decor is lovely, just like the pictures, but free from clutter, which I appreciated. The kitchen had every item we needed to make our meals. The sauna and cold soak tub were a very appreciated bonus! The neighborhood is very peaceful, and felt safe for walking our dogs. Most importantly was how kind, gracious, and communicative Emma was. She allowed us to check in early, which helped us immensely, and answered any questions we had quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

The Treehouse Cabin was an excellent space for our group of ten!! Patrycja and Adrian were fabulous hosts. Accommodating to our few requests and quick to reply to any questions we had. The property is a bit of a ride from downtown Victoria, but by being so it allows some peace and privacy from the crowds and traffic. There was so much we could do without even having to leave the property. Air hockey, pool, hot tub, and darts, just to name a few! The home was well stocked with serveware, basic kitchen items, cleaning supplies, some bathroom supplies, and more. If I could do it again, the only thing I would change is planning trips into downtown Victoria a bit better to reduce driving and maybe allowing some more time to enjoy what the home offers!

This is a wonderful place and Perch is a gracious host. We loved the "welcome" touches, from tasty cookies, to an array of coffees. The location is excellent too!

Budd's place was even better than I expected and I can't wait to return. My friends were also blown away by how stunning it was. It had everything you could possibly need and was such a great escape from the city. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful cabin, very clean, lots of open space. Plenty of relaxing space on balcony and patio. Beach close by that is maybe 15 min walk. Would recommend.

The terrific kitchen/appliances even improved my cooking! Parking is off the road so it is important to refer to instructions, but it therefore has very safe, ample parking and privacy. It is well set up for large gatherings, retreats, gourmet cooking classes, etc, with kitchen, pool, hot tub, sauna. Has wonderful panoramic views of lake — changing light, scullers and crew boats.

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful and comfortable house. We had 7 (family of 5 plus 2 grandparents) and there was plenty of room to spread out - but best of all was the beautiful space to be together with a view of the water and mountains. The kids loved watching birds on the sea out one side and ducks on the pond out the other. It being January, we were able to see both sunrise and sunset out the expansive windows. The living room had plenty of seating and a great table for playing board games. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of supplies. Dad & kids walked down to the beach on our 2nd evening and had a good time throwing rocks in the water! The quilts and other decorations make the place feel warm and homey. Lara was responsive when we had a brief issue at check-in and it was resolved within 10 minutes. We hope to be back someday!

La vue de la maison est proprement exceptionnelle. On se sent très privilégié d’être sur cette terrasse construite autour d’un arbutus. L’intérieur de la maison est conforme aux photos, agréable et plutôt bien équipée. Éric nous a donné des conseils très utiles pour visiter l’île et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

This home was absolutely stunning! The views of the bay were breathtaking — we could have sat and watched the water for hours. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The shower was also amazing — spacious, with great water pressure, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Everything about this stay felt peaceful and luxurious. We can’t wait to come back!

Huge home with all the needed amenities for our stay! Was very pleased to find a little closet of kids puzzles and books as well. My kids loved the gems and rocks that were collected around the home. Wish there was a little space where we could have found it what some of them were and where they were collected!!

We had a fantastic stay in Lummi. Quiet and cozy. Just what we were looking for in a place. Views of fishing boats going by and the sound of the waves on the shore. The home was clean and comfortable for us. Clear instructions for checkout. We planned around the lack of restaurants in the area, and it was no trouble. I would stay again without a doubt. Terry's place was absolutely fabulous! Exactly as described, very clean and spacious with lots to do (hot tub, outdoor fire pit, pool table)! I appreciated the dedicated workspace in the home which was perfect for those of us who work when we travel. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with lots of small appliances and things to get you started when you first get there. Terry was a kind host who accommodated us with an early check in and great communication while we were there. We would love to come back next year, and absolutely recommend Terry and his place to all guests looking for a peaceful spot with lots to do, and beautiful surroundings! Thanks Terry for being a super host and for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The best stay I've had at an air BNB. It was a short trip due to work but this stay made the trip worth it. Amber was very kind and helpful and the house was very clean and organized. Definitely will come back again. 10000/10

What can I say about this place….its stunning!! This beautiful Victorian home sits on a huge, beautifully landscaped lot. Everything was spectacular! We enjoyed playing bocce ball, seeing the mini horses; Guinevere & Lancelot, and of course Juno!! Such a lovely dog, and welcome wagon mascot. Thank you for everything Wendy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

House was perfect for our group of 6 for a few days in Victoria. Location was great, easy drive to downtown. Quiet and safe neighborhood and loved having a yard for the boys. House was really comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Shelley was a fabulous host! Would highly recommend!

Annika’s home was beautiful - a true sanctuary. The access to the beach at low tide was a blast for our kids and we were treated to beautiful sunsets every night and even had an eagle perch on a branch outside to have its dinner. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of games and toys for the kids. Our kids are already asking when we can return.

We really felt at home for our visit. Highly recommend and will be visiting again and checking availability.

The Beach House was great! Clean spot, amazing views, cozy living room, functional kitchen, killer sunroom. We had an amazing stay!

Beverly and her team were absolutely amazing. Responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The outdoor lights didn’t turn on, and while not a huge deal, we were a bit bummed. I messaged them, and they replied pretty quickly to trouble shoot, and even came over to solve it for us at 10pm. Above and beyond expectations by far!!
