Elegant Waterfront Apartment on Eden Island

Tie up at the private marina berth of this luxury property before heading out on the buggy to explore. Stop off at the private beaches and pools en route. If you want to stay fit then you’ll enjoy the residents’ gym, tennis court and running and cycling paths on Eden Island. Back inside, freshen up in the twin-vanity bathroom before a drink on the balcony overlooking the main Eden Island marina complete with super yachts. Sleep in comfort in our beautifully appointed 2 bedrooms (one king bed the other with twin beds). Our apartment has stunning views over the water to the mountains of Mahe. 14 Hibiscus has one of the best apartment views on Eden Island. Waterfronting, it overlooks the main marina and over water back towards the mountains of Mahe. As it is on the first floor it is safer for families with young children than ground floor properties as all properties are beside water. This also gives better views. The entire apartment is yours. I'm happy to organize a taxi for the airport if required. I have also organized discounts on boat hire (manned or unmanned) if you would like me to. If you need any assistance in terms of holiday plans or places to visit please don't hesitate to ask. Sunbathe on the four private beaches and stroll amongst the island's lush vegetation, looking over the ocean to the mountains of Mahe. Play tennis, work out at the gym or visit cafes, ice cream parlours, restaurants and bars, and browse high-end boutiques, all without leaving the island. If you want to travel further afield you’ve got the very best base to explore. Boat trips depart directly from Eden Island for Sainte Anne Marine National Park or the stunning islands of Praslin and La Digue. The apartment is very close to the main hub of Eden Island with its restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping. Eden Island is close to both the airport and the capital of the Seychelles, Victoria.

A beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with large patio and lush private garden, facing north-east on Eden Marina Basin 5. Great privacy on the widest marina. Large flat screen TV, satellite service and WiFi included. AC throughout, with fans in all rooms and the patio. The patio has aluminium shutters. Enjoy your meals inside or on the patio. Access to the nearny gym, padel courts, tennis court, pools and beaches. Price includes the Seychelles Sustainable Tourism Levy for all guests.

Sur île privée d'Eden Island. Grand appartement avec grande terrasse. Calme ! Très belle vue mer et sur île au Cerf. Spacious 210m² duplex, en-suite penthouse apartment with loft double height ceilings and a wide wrap-around veranda on the stunning 5* Eden Island award winning marina development, Seychelles. From the veranda there are gorgeous views of the mountains of Mahé and across the bay are 3 beautiful islands. Further away are La Digue and Praslin Islands (½ hour by ferry) in an archipelago of 116 islands. Island hopping by cruise, yacht, motor boat, ferry or helicopter is a favourite activity.
