Our stay was the best! The place was so clean and the location was perfect to travel to Nashville. We saw deer and turkey running around everywhere. Jennifer was the best host we could ask for. Don’t hesitate to book with her! If we come back we will definitely stay at this place!

We arrived after dark and Edison made sure the inside lights were on before we arrived. This was very thoughtful. We were able to meet Edison and his wife the next day. They were both super nice and explained the history of their beautiful home. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our time together.

This place was absolutely amazing. So quiet back off the road inside was so clean. They did a great job and I will be back next year.

Good location if you need to get to all of the following: Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Rivergate, and Nashville (I have friends in family in all those areas). Private and quiet, which were priorities for us. Nice kitchen, loved the firepit outside and the fireplace inside. Plenty of room for 4-5 people. Would definitely come back!!!

Eric & Karen were very responsive and helpful. Home was very clean and felt like home. Will be our place to stay in the future.

This Airbnb was exactly as listed, it was very clean and well organized the pool table and ping pong were a plus. The host were very nice and responded in a timely manner, I wish I could have stayed longer and I would 100% come back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a peaceful vacation with a beautiful view.

Absolutely gorgeous surroundings and home. I definitely recommend Chris he's a wonderful host and we enjoyed the fact he left us snacks and drinks.

it was a perfect spot! Quiet area but walkable to resturants and bars. All the recording studios are right there too! everything was clean and comfortable, the baggage storage was an extra bonus since pur flight leaving kept getting delayed. Mark was very responsive, we would highly recommend this place.

Jeff’s place was perfect for our weekend stay. My friend and I came to Nashville to run the RNR Half Marathon and wanted to stay in East Nashville away from the crowds. The location of Jeff’s place was absolutely perfect- we walked to Orangetheory for our workout, walked to coffee & bookstores, walked to the grocery store, and walked to almost every bar & restaurant on our East Nashville list. We didn’t have to walk more than 10-20 minutes to get anywhere, it was great. Ubers to and from downtown were super cheap as well. He left us recommendations for food which were all a hit! Lastly, the place was perfect for the two of us but would definitely fit 4. It was even larger than it looked in photos. The full kitchen was great. If I come back to Nashville I would love to stay here again. Thank you Jeff!

I enjoyed my stay, though it was very brief. Beautiful interior and relatively quiet area. When I had a little trouble with the lockbox I got immediate help. Thank you!

Renee’s place was great. Great location being a short walk to Broadway with a great donut and coffee shop directly across the street. Bed was comfy, decor was very cute. Loved chillin on the balcony and down by the fire pits. Pool was well maintained and very active.

Perfect spot for my friend and I to lay our heads. The cute house had everything we needed to feel comfortable.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip to Nashville! It’s in a fantastic location—just a short Uber ride to Broadway, which made it super convenient to enjoy the nightlife, restaurants, and live music without any hassle. The neighborhood also had plenty to explore nearby, including great coffee shops and brunch spots. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Even with six of us, we never felt cramped. Although there’s only one bathroom, it wasn’t an issue at all because there was plenty of space throughout the apartment to get ready—mirrors, counter space, and good lighting made it easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville—especially groups looking for a fun, cozy, and well-located home base for exploring the city!

Julie's place is a very cool place to stay - you enter in the rear of the house and feel like you are in the middle of a forest. The kitchen has everything including a stove, dishwasher and wine cooler. We were greeted by music from the JBL speaker which is bluetooth so we could connect and access our fave tunes. Nice hot shower with great water pressure. The beds were really comfy. We were just a few minutes from Charlotte Ave. and White Bridge Pike - so convenient. We loved it and think any guest will too.

Great value in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Shelby Bottom Greenway and it was lovely. Walking distances to many great eateries, the gym (GYM5), but also the Turnip Truck (natural grocery store).

We loved our trip to Nashville. Our stay was comfortable and felt extremely safe. It was a quick Lyft or Uber ride to downtown with plenty to do. The bed was comfortable as well as the condo being extremely clean. They gave many recommendations for things to do. Highly recommend!

Jennie and Maureen would both great to work with and very timely with communication. Attention to detail was top notch and they made the entire experience very easy. The condo/apartment is in a great location away from Broadway, but only a nice walk or very short uber/lyft to Broadway. The place is very cool with the garage door in the living room. It was awesome lounging with the doors up. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
