This is our second stay here and it was perfect. Adrian is incredibly helpful and very responsive. The house is in a perfect location easily accessible to the cafe and the beach. We will absolutely be back again! Thank you.

Gemma went above and beyond when my family found ourselves in a difficult situation stuck in Invercargill. Her beautiful family home was clean, well laid out, had some toys to keep the kids entertained and in a great location. We felt right at home.

Spectacular place to stay while at Invercargill.

We had 4 adult guests stay. The house is at the end of a long drive way, so its off the road, the neighbors Denise and Eunice are very friendly so dont be afraid to sya hello Nice Air bnb modern with stylish interior. Plenty of room, very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds had the best sleeps. Nice linen and towels. Kitchen is well equipped. Having the washing machine and dryer onsite was ideal for us. Will definitely be our go to place whenever we are in Bluff.

Though we did not see or met Carol, she communicated with us prior to gettinjg there. We were very pleased with our stay in Invercargill and thank you for the suggestion about the restaurant. We thank you wholeheartedly.

We‘ve had a pleasant stay in this cozy little house. The location is excellent. Although it is just a few minutes of walk to the big Queens Park or the main streets in the city center, the house is located at a smaller side street, so there‘s not much traffic noise either. A parking spot is available too. The kitchen is very well equipped, maybe even better than my own at home. Even some electric kitchen appliances are available, so if restaurants are not your thing, you can make your own 4 course meal right here. There is a heat pump with a strong fan and even heated blankets in the bed, so sleeping at night was warm and cozy. A washer and dryer with washing detergent was available too. Our host Jenny was friendly and responsive and even left a list with things to see and eatery recommendations. If I could improve one thing, it would be having a warmer light colour, especially in the bedroom. Otherwise an awesome place to stay. I would like to come back.

Nice accommodation right by the Main Street of Invercargill. Close to the airport and not far from everything else. Clean and spacious.

Great place with a great view! Felt at home and was easily walkable to anywhere in Bluff!

our stay was fine. this is not a flash air b n b but very homey and clean and comfy which was all we needed as we were out most days .
