On Strawberry Creek in Idyllwild's historic district, the Owl Pine Guest Cabin was built in 1922. It's the best of both worlds w/ plenty of nature (burbling creek, rock paths, trees, birds, mountain air, stars) + close to civilization (the property is near restaurants/shops). Native rock fireplace, hot tub, eclectic art, record collection/player, games, books, TV, Wifi, BBQ, fire pit hang deck. We have a chicken coop, happy to leave eggs at the cabin upon request. Located in central Palm Springs, this adorable Midcentury Modern private guest house was built in '71 and refreshed to match our '60 house. Set-up just a like a hotel room (270 sq ft) with private entrance, patio, small fire-pit, lounge area, and private outdoor shower. There is a small kitchenette (no cooking).
