This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

Sherman was a great host! I stayed here for 3 months for my clinical rotation and it was perfect for what I needed! Full kitchen, great shower, large washer and dryer, and a comfortable living space. Sherman provided anything I needed and was always responsive. The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable. Would stay here again!

Nils was a great host so glad his stay was available last minute. He was an amazing host with how quick he responded , gave recommendations, and overall nice person. Place is pet friendly which was amazing and hard to find in this location. Neighborhood isn’t the best but that’s expected with the area and there’s lot to do and good food options around. I wouldn’t mind booking with him again 😊

Spent a few nights here with my girlfriend and our dog, couldn't have found a better place - the pool/ jacuzzi was a particular favourite in the evenings and the space itself inside the apartment was extremely homely - would 100% stay again if visiting LA in the future

This place was perfect for me and my fiancé to stay! Definitely recommend, Dan was awesome too and his response was so quick it was phenomenal! Right in downtown close to a lot of things to do!

Loved this stay! It’s in a good location to walk down to the ocean or up to Retro Row. The apt is cozy and I loved the decor selections. Simple but meaningful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Carla is a wonderful host. Her place is very charming. Comfy beds and amenities. She provides everything you could possibly want in an away from home experience. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, enjoying the beach or just taking a relaxing walk. We will definitely book again.

Very relaxing and peaceful place to stay with a comfortable couch and fast WiFi. Close proximity to hiking and restaurants. Great place for dogs with a nice fenced in backyard. Big dining table great for meals and board games.

Very beautiful home and decor . Cherise was very friendly and accommodated us . Our stay was short but really enjoyed having our coffee in the back yard looking at the decorations . Thank you for having us Cherise will try to book again when our family reunion comes around again .

This place was amazing it felt cozy and was near a lot of restaurants and cool hikes. The place was just like the photos I would come back. The cabin was big and the price was very reasonable. The host was great and responsive.

We had the best time during our stay! The home was wonderful and the backyard was fantastic. The kids loved swimming and seeing all the animals. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was the perfect spot to celebrate Easter. We would absolutely return again!

This was the most beautiful, breathtaking home we have ever rented. It was perfect for a large group and especially a family. We were getting ready for our daughter's wedding and this house provided the perfect backdrop for all of our needs. I can't wait to see the photographs that were taken here. This was a very lovely home. However, the rooms did not have any dressers so we were not able to fully un-pack like we thought we were going to be able to. Also, there was no linen closet so I couldn’t clean like I wanted to, but that’s just my opinion. Other than that the home was beautiful and cozy! The owners respected our privacy and it was overall a great experience. Would recommend! Thank you for opening up your home to my family and I.

Thank you for our stay. Phillip was responsive and friendly. The place was easy to find. The living room had comfortable seating for 6 people. Phillip’s check out procedures were simple.

The apt is located in a relatively safe and convenient area, walkable to groceries & restaurant. it was a little bit complicate to find the apt when I was inside the complex during check in, but the host was very helpful and responded efficiently to questions. the indoors were bigger than expected.

Super nice and quite apartment with everything you need. It´s spacious and you really feel like home the moment you enter it. It´s not that kind of living in a flat which is just rented for air bnb reasons anyway. The community is really relaxed too. You have 2 pools and little rivers / ponds with ducks all around the area. Overall very clean and Jess is a nice host. 10/10

Stayed for a night to catch a cruise the next day. Close to the cruise port. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.
