We had an amazing time staying at Katy's place! We are local to Austin and had an extended stay here while our house was being renovated. Katy was so responsive and friendly, making us feel right at home. I have lived in Austin for 15+ years and this location truly cannot be beat! The neighborhood is beautiful and seemingly everything fun to do in Austin is within walking distance: Lady Bird Lake/downtown, South Congress, South Lamar, etc. The house is charming and just as described. We really enjoyed relaxing on the porch in the evenings and the fenced in front yard for our dog. Bonus points for being visited by a white peacock in the front yard!

Highly recommended! Thuy was helpful and her place is a lot bigger than what expected. She pretty much provides what you will need for your stay.

Nice place, close to our event

We had a great stay at this 4-bedroom home. The house was clean, spacious, and well-kept—perfect for a larger family or group. The pool table was a fun bonus, and having TVs in every room was a nice touch for winding down at the end of the day. All three bathrooms were in great condition, and the washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. Overall, the home had everything we needed and made for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Would definitely recommend!

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. We had a great stay at Macr’s place! He was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip, always quick to answer our questions and guide us when needed. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to get around. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is the second visit I’ve made to stay in The Domain precinct and the apartment was perfect for my needs while attending a conference. The street plaza below has a great vibe weekends and evenings with restraints and events. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for having me.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

This has got to be the most spotless Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was very cozy and just as described. I will definitely be booking again! ☺️

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location for us! We mostly took Ubers around but did walk from S. Congress once and the walk was not bad at all. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Our code didn't work right away, but the host responded quickly and got us in (and even allowed us to check in a little early!). Great place to stay, would stay here again if we come back to Austin!

We had a fantastic stay, with everything we needed. It was also very convenient to get to the South by Southwest venues, only about a 15-minute taxi ride away. There are also many great craft breweries nearby where you can grab a drink and relax, or you can buy food and cook back at the accommodation. It's also very close to Walmart. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Stunning view. Only a 20ish minute walk downtown which was nice. BnB had everything we needed for the weekend. Pro Tip: There's a fresh water spicket inside the fridge so no need to find a filling station!

The condo was great. Valet and front desk staff were friendly, the building is beautiful, and the bar/coffee shop in the lobby was so nice to have. The pool is small and was very busy but was clean and had nice lounge chairs and cabanas. The condo was clean, comfy, and decorated nicely. The only negative was the lack of lighting, especially when you’ve got four girls trying to do make-up, but the host was receptive to my suggestion for adding a lamp. Their communication was excellent.

The place was within 2 blocks of my brother who has ALS. My 92yo mother was able to walk back and forth

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

My husband and I loved this place, the bed was comfy, it was spacious, clean and the decor was beautiful, the view was amazing especially at night. We were just a walk away from the all the fun bars , night life and food, the vibe was more than just right!!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!
