River Thames : séjours à la ferme

A wonderful place to spend 3 nights on the edge of the New Forest. Fabulous accommodation. Private, quiet and superb barn which was really well appointed with great facilities including a separate spa room solely for our use. Chris was a lovely host, great communication before, during and after our stay.

Pretty little barn and just as described , we loved our 3 night stay and perfectly located for trips to Windsor, London and Legoland

Beautiful accommodation. An overnight stay with my daughter, spacious enough for the two of us and some beautiful restaurants near by with a lovely walk. The accommodation was as described and Natasha was very helpful. Would love to stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jay Barn! While the house is on a busy road, it felt very private once on the property. We stayed over the Easter weekend and were doing lots of baking and cooking - the kitchen had every appliance you could need. The house was spotless, spacious, and we felt at home immediately. A car is essential as there is nothing realistically in walking distance, but pubs a 2 minute drive. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend away with family or friends. Jenny & Lisa both responded really quickly to messages and proactively sent really useful extra info on how to get there so we arrived stress free! Lovely barn conversion in beautiful countryside. Very clean & tidy throughout & as described. Perfect base for us to explore nearby attractions. Excellent local & wider recommendations in the info book with OS Map for walks if needed. Already recommended ‘The Old Barn’ to a friend! Thank you 😊

Had a wonderful stay at the barn. We had good weather so made the most of the beautiful outdoors. Dogs thought they were in heaven with all the space. I would say if you want to take dog(s) it’s not safe if they wander or don’t have a recall as they can get out to the road. Loved being so close to Petworth. Good pubs within walking distance or short drive. Jessica and Rob were fantastic - Jessica for changing my booking for me ultra fast and Rob for being n hand if you need anything. Couldn’t ask for more. Didn’t want to come home

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Fantastic place to stay. We visited with our young daughter and dog & we had everything that we needed - hosts simply can’t do enough for you. Fab location as well with loads of places to visit that are only a short drive away.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here whilst we visited Stratford and Warwick. Emma was so lovely, really helpful, and made us feel right at home with how cosy the barn was. She left us little treats and even stuff for breakfast. Literally anything you need is there! Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back to stay again 🤗

A wonderfully peaceful location with beautiful countryside views. The pictures really don’t reflect how big the property is - so much space! Very much appreciated the high chair, children’s cutlery and books/games. Very family friendly. Would recommend!

Felt like a home away from home. spotless and had everything we needed, the perfect little touches of teas, milk , butter and sugar so saved having to buy any for a weekend. Mel was a lovely host and was fast at replying. Loved sitting by the fire of an evening, very relaxing. Would love to go back and make more memories.

Tim and Anna were incredibly responsive from the day we booked and even gave us a video tour of the barns before we arrived! Everything was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The two barns worked very well in terms of space but we had issues with the internet in the garden barn which was a bit frustrating, though Tim tried his utmost to improve it.

I visited there with my parents and my baby and we absolutely loved this place. Beautiful house with everything you need, should say more beautiful than the pictures. We were lucky to see sunshine and the snowfall both during our stay and with those large glass floor to ceiling windows it was pleasure. The house was very spacious and my baby loved it as he got so much to explore and running around. Tony was very helpful and responsive for any queries we had. We will definitely visit again.

We couldn't imagine a more perfect place to have stayed. Comfortably fit our family of four & two dogs for our walking holiday. It has everything you need to feel at home & the hosts are super friendly. Our kids have already asked to stay again, we left four hours ago.

Fabulous place. Debbie is a fantastic host. The boiler tripped whilst we were there and Debbie was straight round to fix it, no hesitation. It's things like this that really make the difference in Airbnb's. The place really was fantastic. Well maintained, lovely modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds.

We had a lovely stay in Sophie and Andrew's Dutch Barn. Everything was spotless and we were very well catered for. They'd thought of everything including a box of toys which the kids loved. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was lovely. Would highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect house for our stay with toddler (she loved the playground and the toys inside) and baby. Quiet village but lots of fun activities for children in the surroundings. House was very clean and practical, all instructions were clear and the host was friendly and quick to respond. We really loved the playground, the hikes that were recommended and the many lovely day trips we did in the region. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great. From beginning until the end. :) Our workers who have stayed here were really happy and enjoyed their stay. We will certainly come back!

We spent a wonderful Easter weekend at Kingfisher Barn, the location is quiet and peaceful but within easy reach of local vineyards and to Rye. The barn was cosy and well equipped and felt like a home from home! We were hosted very warmly but Georgina and her husband who made us feel very welcome. We especially loved the visits from their super friendly dogs who popped in to see us every day. We would love to come back again!
