I enjoyed my stay and the area was great. Me and my family had a great time and would come again.

Our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed walks on the beach, swimming in the pool and going to the local towns! Great spot.

We had a great stay at Josselyn’s property. The place was clean and stocked with basic necessities and other nonessentials but much needed. Josselyn was very attentive when we communicated. The property is not far from restaurants, bakery, pharmacy l, other beaches and of course El Yunque. We have the unfortunate experience of having a power outage during our stay but she had all the essentials necessary like flashlights but thank God the power came back on before we had come home for the evening. Definitely a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place. It was perfectly located, clean and neat, and had everything we needed for a fun/peaceful weekend at the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this ocean view apartment in Puerto Rico! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, and the views were absolutely stunning. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week, including beach towels, toys, a cooler, and chairs. The property itself has great amenities like a pool, basketball court, and a playground with swings, which was perfect for our kids. Communication with the host was excellent—he responded quickly and was super helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back again!

The condo was as described and Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions during the stay. The neighborhood was safe and the beach nearby was a short walk and very beautiful. It’s great to have a car as well so you can explore the area. We bought groceries and enjoyed some meals in the condo. The AC also worked great. Finding the condo was confusing at first and Elizabeth was helpful. Once we learned the area it was very easy to get around. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back to Puerto Rico.

We had an amazing vacation at Scott’s place! The beach is spectacular and we often had the pool to ourselves! It’s the perfect distance between San Juan and Fajardo. If you want to get out of the city, but still have lots to do, this is the perfect spot.

I loved this place. It was very beautiful and peaceful. I hated that i had to leave. And the host was nice and kept me updated with weather and everything before i arrived. This place was like a resort! I had no issues, no bugs, no complaints from neighbors, nothing!! I would recommend this place and if, no WHEN i come back to PR, I’m looking for this place!!

Everything was beautiful and safe. I will definitely be coming back. This place was spotless. Everything was clean. It was so clean you barely wanted to touch anything and I mean I felt like home. It was so peaceful and just romantic, and it was a great memory overall thank you for giving me this opportunity to visit a place like this thank you❤️

I stayed here for a week with my husband and 1.5 year old. This place was centrally located to lots of restaurants with a very short drive to the rainforest. The beach and pool were amazing to have just a few footsteps away. The king size bed was fabulous and there was a travel crib there for us to use with our 1.5 year old. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook. When we arrived, the fridge was not as cold as it should be but once we unplugged and plugged it back in, it was fine. The balcony views were amazing with the beach on one side and the rainforest mountains on the other side. The only thing we were disappointed about was there was a full playground shown in the pictures of the listing and when we arrived, the playground was not there. We would definitely stay again in the future! Cookie and Enrique's place is a gem and they were extremely responsive throughout the entire process!

We stayed with family at Luis’s apartment and it was absolutely what we needed. The location was so ideal with the beach access and also a private pool at the property. The beach was very clean and we loved spending our evenings there. Luis responded very quickly to everything we asked or needed help for. His instructions to the property were so clear that even with the power outage, we made our way in very easily. We will stay here again and will recommend to our friends and family.

Ody and Tom were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their property in cluster 2 of Rio Mar. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool. We also dined at Roots in the hotel. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions and provide local recommendations. Gracias! -Sean 🙏🇵🇷😎✌️

The place was lovely and spotless! Close walk to the beach. Pool right outside your back patio. Wish the pool area had umbrellas but nice nonetheless. Great restaurants nearby and lots of fun things to do! Highly Recommend!!

Just returned from a very relaxing week spent at Valeria’s condo. The unit was comfortable, the pool was a nice feature, and the beach was idyllic. All in all, great weather and great beach time in a peaceful, tropical setting.

This is a cute condo with a beautiful beach, we felt like we were on a private island! It’s a great location to hike the national forests and far enough away from the big city. Lots of extra beach gear was available to use. I’d definitely recommend Juan’s place!

Really enjoyed our stay. Space was comfortable and peaceful. Host was kind, thoughtful, and very responsive. Location was perfect for us to explore. Good nearby eateries and a convenience store. Washer and dryer was a plus.

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming property in Río Grande. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The host was incredibly attentive and provided helpful local tips that made my visit even more memorable. A small note for future visitors: the building doesn’t have an elevator. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage or mobility issues, please be prepared for a bit of a climb. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend this property to those looking for a welcoming and well-kept home base. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay there. Quick access to the pool and the quiet beach and a very nice outdoor dining area with hammocks. We also appreciated how close we were to El Yunque. Clean, comfortable and the host is very quick to reply.

This apartment is BIG! Super comfy and located walking distance to one of the best beaches in the Rio Grande area. The apartments complex is SUPER safe, well guarded, and 2 parking spaces are provided with the rental. The apartment is located at a 3rd floor (stairs only), just in front of the pool area. The apartment itself (penthouse) is SUPER spacious! much more than we anticipated. It is well equipped, with inverter A/C's in all rooms (no A/C in the kitchen though). Sergio, the owner, was super helpful and communication was always great. We loved the area and really enjoyed our stay! Definitely one to recommend. Thanks!

This is my second time staying at Rinaldo's with my family and the apartment maintained its expectation of cleanliness, sufficient linens, and other amenities. We arrived late in the night and early in the morning. Rinaldo was flexible and understanding of our flight schedule. Having an allocated parking spot for our rental car was another great addition and the location is ideal. Rinaldo's home had everything we needed for the beach as well, making our beach days comfortable and relaxing. The complex is quiet and quaint with friendly neighbors and staff. Rinaldo was responsive when we needed anything urgent making the process smooth and seamless. Additionally, the house rules were direct and legible when we had any questions regarding check-in/check-out, cleaning, etc. Always an enjoyable stay!

Great location, close to everything, beautiful beach. Perfect for a family getaway.
