Rhône : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Excellent quiet location with shops and restaurants on a lively and charming street; Great clothes washer and nice hanging rack for drying; Lovely relatively new kitchen appliances with clean and spacious refrigerator, induction stovetop, nice dishwasher and oven – we did not use the oven Air conditioning and heater are effective and towel dryer works. A couple things worth mentioning: The apartment is NOT non-smoking, which is obvious when you walk in the door. As the write-up says, this is actually someone’s living space. The closets and dresser are all full; even the top of the dresser is almost entirely covered and there are no little stands beside the bed. It’s difficult to tell what we are meant to use and what supplies to leave alone; the freezer is totally full. The bed is tucked under a slanted roof with a beam across – tall people need to watch their heads

Charmant appartement in het centrum van de stad op wandelafstand van winkelstraten, café’s en restaurants. Gezellig ingericht met een goed uitgeruste keuken. Smalle bedden maar wel met heel goede matrassen. Het was er ‘s nachts erg stil. De trappenhal is klassiek en zal na de renovaties terug schitteren. We hadden een kort maar zeer aangenaam verblijf!

Great little space in the eclectic area of Lyon. Great little bars and restaurants. Think Greenwich Village in NY, Haight Ashbury in NY, Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. Small, but perfect to drop your bags, freshen up and take on the city, shower, sleep and do it again. Up a narrow flight of stairs so heavy bags might be hard to manage but the flight of stairs is short. Uber stops right by your door to take you anywhere you don’t want to walk. If you walk, be prepared for hills. The place was clean and easy to get into. Most importantly Ricardo and Claire were very responsive, very friendly and offered recommendations. I would stay again!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l’appartement de Joris. La terrasse est spacieuse, l’appartement est lumineux et agréable, avec tous les équipements nécessaires.

Excellent séjour de quelques nuits. L'appartement est très agréable et accueillant. La décoration est très sympa aussi. Il manquait juste quelques ustensiles de cuisine mais autrement rien à redire. Je recommande.

Séjour très agréable dans la location de Ricardo. Les informations de Ricardo sont présice. Aucune surprise à notre arrivée. Le logement est très propre, bien pensé et très agréable avec ces 3 salles de bains. Le bus passe au pied de l'immeuble. Très pratique pour se rendre au centre de Lyon.

L’appartement de Charles est remarquablement bien emmenagé dans un immeuble super calme avec une terrasse super agréable. Le quartier est très calme sans être trop loin du centre historique. Charles est aussi un hôte très disponible et agréable. Bref, nous reviendrons sans hésitation!

Very comfortable place, very cosy and warm. We would not fault anything. The entire house was spotless. In all fairness, the best we have stayed in so far. Jean-Pierre and Alice very also extremely friendly. Will definitely come back when we visit the region.

Jenna was so accommodating fitting us in at the last minute and waiting for us to arrive late at night. We had a wonderful warm and attentive welcome with a fire waiting for us - much appreciated after a long day’s travels. Lovely touches like water by the beds and things out for breakfast. I’m sorry we were only stopping overnight as it was a beautiful area and looked great for exploring Lyon, whilst being lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend. The pool looked great for the summer too!

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Le logement proposé par Virginie correspond parfaitement aux photos. Extrêmement propre, bien agencé et décoré on se sent très à l’aise dans cet appartement cocooning. Virginie est très réactive, accueillante et chaleureuse. J’ai passé une nuit très agréable dans l’appartement de Virginie. Merci encore ! À très bientôt peut être 👋

Le séjour que nous avons passé là-bas était super ! Le logement est bien situé dans le petit village, l’appartement est rénové avec goût et très propre, et la vue et l’extérieur sont un énorme plus ! Isaline et son mari ont été réactifs et très accueillants, c’était un vrai plaisir Nous recommandons vivement ! Encore merci☺️

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment

Un petit havre de paix pour qui recherche le calme dans un lieu paisible. L'extérieur est particulièrement agréable ! Le p'tit plus : le repas Brésilien proposé excellent et copieux, recommandé !

Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, gut eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Wir durften sogar den Grill in dem großen Garten benutzen. Die Kommunikation mit Judith war top. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer sofort reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
