Rhodes : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Nicola's place is in a fantastic spot in Lindos town, just outside of the busiest area but within a couple of minute's walk of the bustle of the main town with it's shopping, bars and restaurants, and just a few minute's walk to the main beaches and the acropolis. It's well equipped and suited us perfectly with two older teenage kids. It's worth mentioning that the master bedroom with en suite is up a set of cobbled outside stairs with no railings, and the roof terrace (which is lovely to sit out on in the evenings) also has no safety railings. So this house may not be suitable for families with small kids, or for older people who may struggle with the cobbles and outside stairs. I would also point out that Nicola's listing didn't mention the tourist tax which was introduced across Greece this year and amounts to 10 Euros per night, so an unexpected 70 Euros for us. That said, we had a really lovely week staying here in July and would definitely recommend Nicola's house to others.

Вилла оснащена всем необходимым (и даже больше того) для комфортного отдыха. Сразу за виллой выход на тихий и безлюдный пляж, это просто райское место! Стефано очень приятный в общении и отзывчивый человек. Мы с семьей провели потрясающий отпуск, и будем рады вернуться сюда вновь. Горячо рекомендуем!

We enjoyed the stay and the village. Quiet and calm at this time of year which is what we had hoped for. Friendly Perfect beach spot opposite the apartment and in the afternoons we walked to the other end of the village to the stone beach where we were basically on our own. The apartment patio was also a nice restful area in the shade with a great view to the sea. To see the sunrise you need to walk a few hundred meters into the village, or climb the mountain/hill next to the apartment, which is what we did. A good week.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Leontios zu Gast. Es ist ein herrliches Haus in einzigartiger Lage direkt am Meer. Einfach grossartig. Der Empfang von Leontios Vater war wieder sehr herzlich und er hat uns kurz alles gezeigt - wir kannten es ja bereits. Die Familie hat während des Winters einiges neu gemacht (neuer Grillplatz) usw. Jetzt ist es noch perfekter als vorher. Der Grill ist direkt bei der Terrasse und wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt. Alles ist makellos sauber und hochwertig. Während des Aufenthalts wurde uns sogar die Zwischenreinigung angeboten! Einfach sensationell. Die Lage wenige Meter vom Zentrum des Dörfchens entfernt ist ebenfalls perfekt. Man kann zu Fuss kurz bummeln, einkaufen und im Restaurant einkehren. Wenige Meter entfernt hat es unterschiedliche Restaurants. Alles war einfach perfekt - wir können es uns nicht besser vorstellen! Die Lage war für uns absolut genial wir haben jeweils ein Auto gemietet und erkunden die Insel. Danke an Leontios und Familie!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und sauber. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut. Ermionir ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank☺️

Ein tolles kleines Häuschen, ruhig gelegen mit wunderbaren Meerblick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren problemlos, alles war sauber. Es gibt sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und auch Sonnenliegen, ideal also auch für einen entspannten Tag im Haus. Die Eukalyptus Allee in Kolymbia ist nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Das Haus allgemein ist toll und entspricht komplett der Beschreibung, auch der Gastgeber war sehr schnell erreichbar und hat bei allen Fragen geholfen. Würde ich definitiv empfehlen und auch wiederkommen!:)

A fabulous few days spent in the villa with our family. Our host was so attentive and kind. The villa was spotless and homely. Loved the peaceful area. We were out of season but still found a few local restaurants we could walk to and enjoy. A highlight was the short walk to the sea with a beautiful tree lined promenade. We are definitely going to visit again as it suited it so well and we felt very relaxed during our stay.

What a wonderful place to escape to. A beautiful home, amazing views, wonderful pool and hot tub. Very clean and well cared for. Saavas was incredibly helpful and friendly & accommodating. Can’t fault it at all. In fact I feel very lucky to have found these four nights as it’s booked up way in advance normally. A tiny piece of paradise. Taverna was closed next door but that just made it more peaceful (maybe noisier if open but still private) - such an interesting time of year before the season started - watching all the Greeks get everything ready for the season! Pool was cold but the hot tub was amazing and warm so was a great balance. Easter was a lovely time to visit especially as very lucky with the weather. Did get eaten alive the first night so beware of mosquitos but we found the special plugs, & were more cautious after that. Maybe it was early season, maybe the recent rain. Loved the Swallows and house martins that flew over for a period morning and evening Perfect…

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Die Kommunikation mit Daffy war problemlos und er hat stets innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet. Beim Check-In wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten und Geschirr ausgestattet. Zum Empfang war gekühltes Wasser, Gemüse für einen Salat und Wein vorbereitet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Anthoula ist unheimlich herzlich und das Befinden ihrer Gäste ist ihr unheimlich wichtig. Sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und hat uns auch mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank Anthoula ❤️

We had a wonderful stay. There was wine in the fridge and bread and spread and milk for the morning plus other goodies. Particularly good as we arrived well after the shops had closed. Wonderful pool, comfortable beds and easy to get to the beach with a slightly tough walk back uphill - but good for the fitness! Thoroughly recommended.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. We had the most amazing time as a group of six girls, couldn’t recommend this place and this host more! The rooms were very generous in size with a gorgeous pool and plenty of eating and sunbathing spaces. There were drinks and nibbles waiting for us when we arrived and the place was spotless! The host was incredible and made our stay all the more seamless. She booked our transfers to and from the airport, provided plenty of local recommendations and sorted a taxi for us to Rhodes old town. And she even allowed late check out on request due to our flight being later in the day. Perfect for a group of six looking for a fun and relaxing villa that is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Great location with a shop and restaurants close by.

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und nahe zum Meer. Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit allem was man im Urlaub benötigt eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Da wir nur zu zwei angereist sind war es auch sehr grosszügig bemessen. Der bereitgestellte Vorrat an Lebensmitteln war sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This place was perfect for our holiday with friends. It’s only a few minutes walk to the beach and tavernas. It is up a little hill but as I said it’s only for a few minutes. Inside was spotless and the lady who takes care of it is lovely and helped in any way she could. The little garden is shaded and very comfortable to sit and chill. Beds super cumfy and mosquito nets on windows and doors. Kitchen supplied with everything we needed. All the local people in tavernas and shops are super friendly.

Stunning Villa with an amazing view looking out of Vlycha beach. We arrived very late and were met by 2 lovely hosts to show us in and around the villa. They left us their direct numbers to contact them for anything we needed during our stay. Always responsive and friendly - Great Hosts! The morning views are worth the trip alone, absolutely stunning. The villa is just like the pictures and the outside space is superb. We travelled in a group of 8 and we all had a great stay. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and Hot tub. We were a little out of season so there was not too much open nearby but there is a large supermarket with alot to offer at good prices about 15/20 mins walk away or easily reached by car/taxi. Lindos is only 5/10 mins away by car which is also stunning. Overall, a brilliant weeks stay in a fantastic villa.

It was perfect! Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening with a sea view. The beautiful, shallow-water sandy beach is less than 100 meters away, with water sports available nearby. Afterwards, you can easily return to your terrace for a shower and relax on the sunbeds, avoiding the beach fees. The place had everything you might need and more. Beach towels are included, which are very useful, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk from a street lined with various restaurants and bars. If you prefer staying close by, there’s a bar serving food and two restaurants, all within a 1-minute walk. Michalis is a brilliant host—very responsive and accommodating, greeting us with a smile. I couldn't fault our stay even if I tried! If I return to Rhodes, this is where I'll stay without a doubt, and I would highly recommend it to friends and family, as it offers amazing value for money. Thanks, Michalis, and as you might have guessed, we truly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed staying at this great place. It is located conveniently 5 minutes walk-away from the South end of the Stegna beach (1 minute by car with plenty of parking available at the bottom). The rental is a ground floor of a two story house, however no areas are shared. We didn’t use the BBQ as there were no supplies but I can imagine it being really nice sitting outside and cooking a meal. A special recommendation from Dimitrios was Stegna Fish restaurant and we loved it there. Overall, a really pleasant stay. Thank you for having us.

We stayed at Nikol's for 9 nights. and had a fabulous time. It had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the lounge furniture has been updated from what the photos show. The outside space was amazing. Sunbeds, outdoor seating and patio table and chairs. The BBQ was fabulous and we enjoyed several evenings on the terrace overlooking the beach. Stegna is a perfect holiday location, great beach with fabulous snorkeling, perfect place for paddleboarding and exploring the coastline, lovely walks over the hillside to other beaches. We hired a car so explored further afield as well as enjoying the peace and quiet of beautiful Stegna. Thank you Nikol for sharing your wonderful house.

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Zeit in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir sozusagen einen Privatstrand hatten und dass die Wohnung alles hatte, was wir brauchten. Es ist schon praktisch, wenn man ein Auto hat um Ausflüge zu machen oder die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gennadi zu erreichen. Marius war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr unkompliziert.

We were so lucky to find this place! Gorgeous sunsets just like the pictures. Host Michalis very helpful and responsive. Even made sure a minor issue was corrected over a weekend to make our stay even better! Perfect for families, a couple or a quiet stay by yourself. Close to major sites like Lindos Beach and Lindos Acrópolis and easy drive to 7 springs.

La villa est magnifique, très bien soignée et très propre. La situation au bord de cette splendide plage sauvage à perte de vue est tout simplement idyllique avec, qui plus est, des transats privés à disposition. Un séjour fantastique géré par une équipe hyper professionnel... Que du bonheur !
