We had a great stay here. George was very responsive and helped with local recommendations. He was there to meet us when we arrive and give us a quick overview of the property and hot tub instructions. The property is clean and has all you would need. The hot tub is great and the beach is only 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again.

Great comfy stay for me and my friends. Last minute booking but Sarah, the host, was responsive and very helpful/detailed in her instructions. Place was clean and very spacious with all the modern facilities, big comfy beds and enough to keep large families happy and entertained. Hot tub was great bonus too. We did bbqs and cooked every night. Waking up to the Nespresso was great too. Area is a quiet haven and the big supermarkets are a short drive away. Bungalows in the drive to make it look like a scene out of neighbours! Will hope to visit again soon.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andy and Rosie's. The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed having the large field out front to play games in. Andy was very responsive to any questions and gave se great eating out recommendations. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Quirky chatectful home from home large place to stay with some great facilities. Like hot tub, quality air fryer and coffee maker. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for our multi generational family get away. Lovely welcome pack of treats. Description accurate re facilities..

Great place at in a wonderful location for exploring East Sussex. Well equipped place with everything we needed, and a lovely hot tub to boot! Sam was a great host- before the trip with super clear directions and check in instructions, and then when we arrived, so helpful in showing us how everything worked, and giving some tips on exploring the local area. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Appartement extrêmement bien placé, dans une jolie rue calme à proximité de St Pancras, de restaurants (petit déjeuner top juste en bas de l’appartement) et de commerces (tesco express à 5 minutes). Très propre et fonctionnel. On pourrait peut être juste espérer un peu plus de vaisselles / couverts mais c’est le seul défaut. Merci à Debbie pour tous ses conseils

Lovely cottage, ideal for short break to Wittering. Short 15 min drive to the beach. The cottage was immaculate and very peaceful. Anne-Marie was a fabulous host

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement de Stéphanie où nous y sommes restés 3 jours. Il n'y manquait rien, il était très propre et très bien équipé. Il y avait même des jouets pour notre fils de 3 ans ce qui était très appréciable. Le pack de bienvenue fourni était très utile (lait, beurre,vin, chips, gâteaux, céréales, pain). L'espace extérieur est privé et très paisible. Nous n'avons pas vu l'hôte, il s'agissait d'une arrivée autonome. Le pub situé à 5 minutes à pied est très bien , nous le recommandons. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Amazing stay in a cozy well equipped accommodation. Location was perfect with easy access to trainline/underground to get directly into london. Jan was very responsive and gave great instructions for the stay.

Martin was a proactive and friendly host who was so sensitive to our needs (as we'd been through a difficult time as a family). Instructions were thorough. clear and helpful. Check in and check out was as flexible as possible. We also appreciated the bottle of bubbles as well as all the other basics like tea, coffee, etc. Martin's additional info on getting to & from our evening entertainment/venue was invaluable & beyond helpful. We had a lovely stay at Driftwood. The house was just as described and pictured. Parking was a bit tricky due to the layout of the buildings but not an issue. The house itself was beautiful with a lovely beach theme throughout, equipped with everything you could need, and perfectly located within easy reach of the beach, town, restaurants and train line to Brighton. Simone was a great host from start to finish, checking in with us to ensure all was ok and even telling us where the parasol was for the decking when she realised how warm it was. Altogether a perfect long weekend away was had!

Large open living room, great for entertaining our entire family. Huge kitchen with plenty of utensils/etc. Large, clean full bathrooms. Bedrooms very comfortable! Highly recommend!

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

This flat is not your generic sterile property. It has a style of its own which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Most things are within walking distance in a regular London neighbourhood. And once you figure out the bus system (much easier than I expected) it’s very simple to access the rest of the City. Everything was clearly explained and covered in the instructions and stocking pantry items to start the visit was a great extra. Overall a great experience that was not your typical ABnB stay but a unique visit. I would definitely recommend and plan to return. This is a home, not a standard rental

If you are looking for a home from home or an upgrade from home, this is the place to stay. Arrived from Melbourne and immediately settled into the joy of living in the countryside. Although too cold to enjoy the pool, we did use the tennis court and shot some hoops. We walked to Old Thorns Golf and Country Club and can recommend Katie's Coffee bar. It's an easy walk amongst stunning scenery. We walked back via the Foley Estate from the Deers Hut pub. Liphook is so lucky to have not one but two stunningly beautiful golf courses. If their is a heaven on earth, we must have stayed in its guest house!

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

My family had a wonderful stay during Easter holidays. Everything about our stay was very easy due to Helen’s fantastic instructions and online guide. We all loved using the pool, it was clean and warm. Sharing the pool with the other holiday let was no bother as the pool was plenty big enough for everyone. The village and setting itself is beautiful and so close to many amenities. The children have already asked to come back!!

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Another lovely weekend break at The Barn. It's a perfect space for our group of friends to catch up and chill out. Always spotless and clean. We lucked out with the weather and the pool and tennis court got some good use. We had a lovely 6 mile walk around the Surrey Hills with the beautiful Abinger Hatch pub a half way point. Daniel was very welcoming and friendly and accessible to answer our queries. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery but we forgot cling film and foil, so bring some if you think you will be using it. There is a lovely outdoor seating area and dining table which was a lovely afternoon sun trap. All in all a perfect stay and we will be coming again next year!
