Mein modern ausgestattetes Apartment liegt zentral - Altstadtnah (aber dennoch ruhig gelegen) in einem Neubau direkt am Ufer von Regen und Donau mit Badestrand vor der Haustüre Die Altstadt (Steinernen Brücke, Dom) erreicht man zu Fuß bequem in nur wenigen Minuten. Auch das nahe gelegene Donau Einkaufzentrum, das Kino, Biergärten sowie Netto, Edeka usw. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Balkon mit 2 Sonnenliegen inkl Tisch und Stühle.

Es handelt sich um eine luxuriöse 150m2 große Vierzimmerwohnung mitten im Lehel, 3 Minuten fußläufig von der Maximilianstraße entfernt. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2022 neu errichtet. Durch die Ausrichtung zum Innenhof ist die komplette Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung besitzt eine Fußbodenheizung sowie eine große Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und hochwertig möbliert. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz.

Located right in the middle of Munich this apartment is the perfect place to stay when you explore Munich. 3 level penthouse apartment with bedrooms on each floor, two balconies, a kitchen and two bathrooms both including baths & showers. Unfortunately, we had to create a new Airbnb account, so we lost the old listing and its reviews, refer to images for screenshots.

Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen

Wer Ruhe in der Stadt sucht, ist hier richtig! Als Gast ist man gleich in der Stadt, auf der Autobahn oder an der Wertach mit viel Grün. Wunderbare Rückzugsoase mit Küche, Balkon, TV inkl. Netflix, King-Size-Bett und ausziehbarer Couch für eine dritte Person. Ein Bäcker ist um die Ecke. Das Apartment ist ideal für zwei Personen.
