Had a great time at Angie's place! Everything was very clear, clean and easy—instructions were left out and amenities were provided. The hot tub was a great bonus to the weekend. We even had a delayed car picking us up, and Angie was very accommodating and understanding about letting us stay slightly longer while waiting for its arrival.

We came up for a concert for the night and it was a great experience. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful perk and very well maintained and nice. The house is beautiful and spacious. Miles was extremely accommodating, we needed to get there a little early to help with making the concert on time and it was no problem at all. He worked with us and when there was an issue with the internet. he came and fixed it in person. The location is killer too! I strongly recommend staying here, it was a wonderful experience in every way!

Place was lovely and as described, very big with lots of space. Lots of cool artwork which I enjoyed! Clive was very communicative and responded very quickly. Two small issues: Check in: we couldn’t check in even a couple of minutes early when we arrived because the code was set until 5pm which is very late check in time. After 10pm quiet time: you have to stay very quiet after 10pm and socialise on the upper floors (where the bedrooms are) after 10pm because there is a tenant in the basement who complains about the noise, which was just five people chatting.

We loved our stay at Michael’s! He and Kat thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The house was immaculate, and lots of incidentals were provided. The location is wonderful: right on a lovely canal and a beautiful lake. And it is so peaceful! We hated to leave! I enthusiastically recommend this cottage!

The host was super responsive and helpful throughout, making check-in and any communication really easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay!

My wife and I stayed in the unit for two months, and we absolutely loved our experience at Damian and Jesse’s place! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they’re the kind of hosts who genuinely care. They were always available, super responsive, and quick to resolve any concerns we had. The space itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was how proactive they were—regularly checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Another incredibly helpful touch was the detailed guide they put together, providing step-by-step instructions on how to locate and operate all the appliances. One of the most thoughtful gestures was how they consistently helped clear the snow from our walkway, entrance, and even our car. Such a big job during the winter, and it meant so much to us. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be staying here.

This is more than just a place to stay but truly an experience with such care and attention taken to every detail. Would love to stay again so we can enjoy for longer.

This place was so cute! It felt like home the minute we walked in. Stayed with my husband, six year old daughter, with two dogs and a bird in tow while we showed our home for the week. Close to trails with an excellent backyard. My daughter loved the swing set and lots of room for two big dogs to play. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook like home, but also a lot of great places to eat within walking distance. Beds were super comfy and we all slept great. Extra bed linens and towels provided as well as washer and dryer. Host has a true gem of a house in the middle of the city. We would 10/10 stay here again and recommend it to anyone thinking of staying here. Host respected privacy and was quick to respond (as was co-host). Thank you so much for a great stay during a stressful time.

Doreen and Derek were excellent hosts. They were warm, friendly and receptive. The place was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had all necessary amenities. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. We would like to visit the place again if the opportunity arises.

Tom was an excellent host and was always ready to provide any help necessary when we ran into any issues. We had an absolute joy of a stay and highly recommend this AirBnB.

Anuhea was an amazing host. The place is as described, beautiful & cozy. Short waltz to downtown Peterborough. Did not have enough time in our quick visit to do the sauna, but what a bonus!!! We would stay a hundred times over & bigly recommend these wonderful people & their guest suite.

We had a wonderful stay at Rafeena’s place. The apartment was incredibly clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen decently equipped. High ceilings and large windows made a space feel airy and bright. The extra touches (fresh fruit, drinks) were a lovely touch after a long drive. Rafeena was very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this bnb.

We had a good time during our short stay for Georgina marathon! The place was super cozy and felt just like home - it was such a lovely experience!

A beautiful cottage right on the water. Quiet and peaceful, lots of birds and critters. The place was super clean, the kitchen and BBQ were nice and well kept. We had a great time!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Courtney and Dustin’s place. We felt totally at home from the moment we entered the beautiful space. The aesthetic is warm and also modern; no detail has been overlooked. We can’t say enough good things about the charm of the house and the beauty of the nature that surrounds it. Our two children (ages 7 and 10) and our dog also adored this house and property. This is a one of a kind home with exceptional hosts. We’re looking forward to coming back.

Wonderful cottage with a beautiful view of the lake and a big yard with lots of privacy. Amenities are great and as described, the patio is very nice to lounge on and the fireplace is a nice touch for the evenings. The beds are super comfy, wifi is great, living room has a nice tv, bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, and everything was super clean on our arrival. Most importantly, Shana was a terrific host, always quick to respond and answer any questions, and super accommodating with everything. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Ashley's cottage was beyond our expectations with every well-thought detail making it a warm, rustic, authentic and cozy experience. It was also very beautiful in the snow, with our kids watching the snow fall from the windows next to their beds in the loft. The hosts had thought of everything, including things that we never knew we needed - blankets close to the couch to snuggle up for movie night, popcorn in the pantry, cheese sticks in the refrigerator, etc. While we were only looking for a place close to the ski hills for a few days, we ended up not wanting to leave the cottage much. It was a good thing that Uber Eats delivered to the place, which was very unexpected for us. All in all, this cottage was the most memorable Canadian winter home our family has stayed in. We would certainly hope to stay there again some day, perhaps for the next ski season!

My husband and I stayed here in the midst of an absolutely gorgeous fall weekend. We could not have gotten any luckier with the weather or the view of the forest, it was exactly what we were hoping for. Kristin, Chris and Charlie were welcoming and kept to themselves. They put out extra firewood in a wheelbarrow so it was easily accessible for us. Their property was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as the photos on the listing. The bed was so comfortable, both my husband and I had 2 great nights sleep and slept in. The hot tub was spacious and so enjoyable, I believe we were in and out at least 6 times. The instructions for the toilet and the rest of the cabin were easy to follow and we ran into 0 issues. We will certainly be back, if Kristin and Chris will have us 😊👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Alionaska’s cabin was just what we needed. A secluded oasis’s in her back yard. Glamping at its best with rustic charm. We were the only guests and that made the hot tub very inviting. Next time we will take advantage of the fire pit and comfy seats outside. We were warm and cozy inside with the electric fireplace providing warmth and atmosphere. A short walk to an Irish pub (the Snug ) ended with a good meal and ambiance with live music! Thanks for a great stay!

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Matthew’s property—it was the perfect escape from the city. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately relaxed and at peace in the beautiful, serene surroundings. The home itself was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with stunning furnishings that made the entire space feel both luxurious and incredibly comfortable. It honestly reminded me of an elegant adult treehouse—elevated, tranquil, and full of charm. We spent our days enjoying each other’s company, unwinding, and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. It was exactly what we needed to recharge. Thank you, Matthew, for creating such a magical retreat!

Our stay was amazing, it’s the perfect quiet place to relax and unwind. very cozy and clean cabin surrounded by lots of trails to explore and great fishing. Steve was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location, we will definitely be back. A great place to get away from it all especially if you are in need of a backcountry, alone on the woods feel, but close enough to make a trip into the city if need be, it’s an amazing place!
