Nice cozy place in such a great location, and the host was so responsive and lovely! Definitely recommend this place for solo travelers and couples!

This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

Nils was a great host so glad his stay was available last minute. He was an amazing host with how quick he responded , gave recommendations, and overall nice person. Place is pet friendly which was amazing and hard to find in this location. Neighborhood isn’t the best but that’s expected with the area and there’s lot to do and good food options around. I wouldn’t mind booking with him again 😊

This place was perfect for me and my fiancé to stay! Definitely recommend, Dan was awesome too and his response was so quick it was phenomenal! Right in downtown close to a lot of things to do!

Really nice little apartment, great location for Santa Monica and Venice and a lot of restaurants/bars in walking distance. It's below ground level so I worried that it would feel like a basement, but there's plenty of light and a very cute private outdoor courtyard. We had 4 people, the third bed is a sofa bed which would probably be okay for one but I think 6 would have been a squeeze. Place is large, clean and as advertised, and had everything we needed, including beach towels which we all forgot! Hosts were responsive, and check in/out was easy.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very private and accommodating. Cris and Casey's supplies/amenities available went beyond our expectations. The location was great for the experiences we wanted to do. Thank you Cris and Casey!

Honestly I had a great time and experience it felt laid back super nice out here and Disney is like 17 minutes way great place to bring the family!!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a 9–14 minute drive to Disneyland, with gas stations, grocery stores, and a Starbucks conveniently nearby. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the bedrooms were spotless with cozy comforters. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The host was very communicative and responsive, which made everything even smoother. It truly felt like a home away from home. Great value for the price. I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Perfect spot for our group. Can’t beat a clean, comfortable house with 3 beds in a central location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Jen’s listing was awesome! We had a wonderful stay. The beautiful house is exactly as pictured, which is always a relief. The location was awesome; close to the beach, groceries & restaurants, and shopping. The house has a super cute back yard which we spent a lot of time out in just relaxing. The house had all of the amenities you hope for in an Airbnb and more. It was obvious that Jen takes great care of her place due to the condition of the property, inside and out. Jen was a friendly and helpful host, and wanted us to feel right at home. We would absolutely love to stay at one of her listings again. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Can talk all day. Tarik was very responsive, replying to text and questions almost immediately. I definitely will be booking with him on my next LA trip. House is nicely centered in the Los Angeles area. Neighborhood was quiet. Great experience

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

The apt is located in a relatively safe and convenient area, walkable to groceries & restaurant. it was a little bit complicate to find the apt when I was inside the complex during check in, but the host was very helpful and responded efficiently to questions. the indoors were bigger than expected.

It is a great pleasure to stay with Chandra. The experience is amazing, house is clean and tidy, Chandra is super friendly. Would definitely come back sometime in the future.

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly

Super nice and quite apartment with everything you need. It´s spacious and you really feel like home the moment you enter it. It´s not that kind of living in a flat which is just rented for air bnb reasons anyway. The community is really relaxed too. You have 2 pools and little rivers / ponds with ducks all around the area. Overall very clean and Jess is a nice host. 10/10

Great place to stay even though I’m not a fan of LA Communication w the host was seamless, access & security were perfect, place was spotlessly clean & equipped with everything in excellent working order I highly recommend this place & will stay here again if I’m in the area

Stayed for a night to catch a cruise the next day. Close to the cruise port. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.
