A contemporary, comfortable experience influenced incredibly by nature located on a quiet street 3 minutes away from our amazing park. Shopping centre and nearest supermarket are only 10 minutes walk and the city center is a pleasant walk 20 minutes away. Excellent touring base for many of Perthshire's beautiful sites and activities. The property can accommodate up to 4 guest and has ample off road parking for 2 vehicles.

Lovely self-contained apartment with garden.

Lovely self-contained apartment adjoining our house with its own private entrance, terrace, garden and parking space. Sleeps 4 in one double bed and a full size double sofa bed in 2 separate rooms. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath but please note there is no kitchen. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Perfect location only 10 minutes from town and countryside.
