Fantastic place to stay, great location has everything you need and more. The only thing I would say is the main door downstairs to get in is quite tricky the key needs to be wiggled quite a bit to get it to open. A hard turn to the left gets it working once you know how. We loved our stay the home is gorgeous inside and couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We are already looking at dates to book to come back in a few months time

We stayed two nights for the Whitby goth weekend. It’s brilliant location for all the best music venues. Just a 100 metres from the pavilion. Parking was difficult, we ended up on a street about a 5 minute walk away. I did see a notice about renting a parking space there is a number on the notice board in the foyer. The flat is lovely. Everything you need in the kitchen and clean throughout. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Stephen&Bev's caravan. View from the room window is absolutely stunning and instantly puts a smile on a face. There is lots to do nearby. We've found plenty of sea glass at the beach. Hosts are lovely and very helpful! Caravan is modern, pristine clean, lots of plates, cups, pots. Everything is in great condition. We will definitely come back again!

Always nice to stay here. With family in the area, an ideal quiet place. Not far from the town and beach - all walkable.

The apartment was a real little gem, with breathtaking sea views dominating the living room, to two sides. The sunrises/sunsets and sounds of the sea were beautiful. The accommodation itself was clean and tidy, decorated in calming, seaside tones and perfectly located for the bus stop (across the road) and local cafes. Looking forward to a return visit, in the future.

Stephen's house was immaculate - super clean, airy, fresh. The furniture was modern and cofortable, plenty of cleaning materials, and even that rarity in holiday lets, a good iron! He also provided a very welcome welcome pack. There's a nice back garden to the house that was quite a suntrap, with deckchairs provided. Even though the house is in a residential area and it was very warm and sunny when we were there, the area was quiet. As described, the house is wheelchair accessible, with a good downstairs shower room equipped with shower stool/chair. He put down a ramp into the back garden to help enjoy the good weather. Stephen also offered to provide other mobility aids, which was very thoughtful, even though we didn't need them. Stephen was a very good host. He helped us with advice on where to go for days out, and where to eat and drink. When we had a couple of questions about the house he was quick to respond/fix. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at the Boiling House in the picturesque village of Staithes. Our host David welcomed us and showed us around the property, which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We have two dogs and it was great exploring the local area and beaches with them. I would definitely recommend the Boiling House. Thank you David.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was only for one night. We wish it could have been a bit longer. We enjoyed the extra goodies and snacks etc. that were waiting for us on arrival. The view out of the lounge and bedroom windows is fantastic. The house has everything you could want on your stay. We spent our day in Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay. Both lovely places and well worth the visit. We would definitely return again and thoroughly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at the Old Watch House. A dog-friendly cottage in the heart of Staithes with wonderful views from the balcony and upstairs living room. A weekend of good weather, walks, food and rest. Hopefully, we will be back soon.

Description was accurate , garden perfect , very quiet, nice close pub and cafe . Beach perfect . Good safe parking. Well stocked kitchen with items needed to self cater . Property warm evenings and early mornings when needed

Thanks to Sarah for letting us stay. The place is so convenient for the beach and it was such a treat to have a house to retreat back to. Great communication from the host (we needed assistance working the heating). We hope to come back again!

We had an amazing stay at the “seaside house”. The place is lovely and clean, it has everything you need, like home from home. It’s very close to a lovely dog friendly beach, excellent fish and chip shop and only a few minutes drive to Whitby. Jamie the host is fantastic, communication was great, and he also recommended places to walk with the dogs and good food spots. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks Jamie for a lovely few days.

The space is tastefully decorated with a calming coastal charm—light, airy, and filled with thoughtful touches like a welcome hamper, It was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. The fish cottage fish tacos were the best we have ever had. If your wanting a breakfast definitely go to wits end cafe. Sandsend itself is a quiet, scenic village—ideal for long beach walks, exploring rock pools, or simply unwinding. It’s also just a short drive from Whitby, making it a great base for exploring the North Yorkshire coast. If you’re looking for a peaceful coastal retreat with style, comfort, and charm, this place is perfect. We’re already planning our return.

We stayed one night at Le Mini Metro and loved it. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Great location on Whitby’s West Cliff—quiet but close to everything. Communication with the host was perfect—very quick and helpful. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area again.

It's a lovely Flat in a beautiful location with fabulous views. Essential to know that bringing some supplies is essential as Sandsend doesn’t have a grocery or cornor store location. There are pubs and restaurants some of which are very nice.

Lee was fantastic at helping with my queries. The location was spot on for where I needed to be. Would stay again for sure.
