We are located just a half block from a quiet beach, in the peaceful Cottage neighborhood. Walk the beautiful Strip to downtown restaurants, children's parks, local shops & breweries, or spend the day at the beach, and enjoy a relaxing paddle. Our Cozy Cabin features a fire pit, front and back decks, large yard and provided parking.

Bring family or friends and walk to the beach or downtown from this spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom main floor condo located on Lakeshore Drive, directly across from Sylvan Lake. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the many microbreweries, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance of this centrally located condo.
