Had a pleasant stay despite the rainy weather! The staff/caretakers were friendly and helpful, always ensuring we were comfortable. The property itself has great potential but could use a little maintenance to make it even better. Overall, a good experience!

We had a great family getaway at Victoria’s beach house! The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. The place was clean, spacious, and close to markets. Victoria was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

The place was great. The honest store was a nice addition. The place was clean and well maintained. Areas for improvement. 1. Add more plates. For a 6 pax place there were only three big plates. 2. There was only one shower. Water pressure was a bit weak. 3. Since it's summer, please add more stand fan downstairs. The host was super nice and accomodating. :-)

Our family enjoyed our stay! The listing is as described, but even much better in person with great views from the living and dining room, as well as the rooftop. In the morning you can wake up to a sea of clouds that Tanay is famous for. We were able to have a bonfire set-up at night and roasted hotdogs and marshmallows in the cool night breeze. House is clean and very spacious, very pet-friendly (we brought our 4 shih tzus), wifi was fast and reliable. We had everything we needed in their kitchen. They are also right beside restaurants so we could just walk next door to eat. The caretaker Ate Riza was very helpful and kind, and gave us buko juice upon our arrival. Naomi the host was very responsive to messages and inquiries and made booking their place a breeze. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft house! It was the perfect peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surroundings were calm and serene, making it an ideal spot to unwind with our family and pets. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Just wished the fridge was bigger so we can stay for another night. Haha! Ghe, the host was very responsive. Ate Nanie, the caretaker was very helpful. Truly enjoyed our time here and would happily go back for another relaxing getaway.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family — spacious, clean, and comfortable — and our dog felt right at home too. The location was great, and everything we needed was provided. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

The place is downright 1:1 with the photos. The living room & kitchen are open and right beside each other but the space felt cosy and spacious for our small group. Kitchen had complete equipment & basic necessities (just bring ingredients for the meals to prep). The pool, outdoor kitchen, & grilling area were tidy and well-maintained, even had a few visiting neighbourhood cats~ Since we visited during weekends, some neighbours were relaxing on their own "fun" way but weren't disruptive in any matter. Bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms had shower heaters and bidets! The host is quick, responsive. and informative w/ how they sent us pdfs of the what restos and interesting places/activities were nearby, how to get there, their inspiration for Tipolo's House, and very detailed instructions and desc on how to utilise their appliances and where to find specific house items. The caretaker, Ate Jen, is also amicable and always checking on our wellbeing~ Would we visit again? 💯% Yes!

Sir Albert was very responsive and easy to talk to. The place is great enough for a family celebration. Fun because of the karaoke. However, some of the kitchen tools (rice cooker) can be cleaned better. Otherwise, we had no serious issue during our stay. The host even allowed us to pick mangoes from the tree inside the resort! We had a great time!

This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.

A space full of character! It was huge and a great place for bonding with our extended family members! We had space for games, catch-ups, relaxing and sitting down together to banter over hearty meals. Our onsite caretakers led by Manang Eva were very generous with offering assistance😍. I can imagine families, companies and barkadas enjoying this place just as much as we did!

My family enjoyed our 2-night stay at Cevy's place, it looked exactly as in the photos and is easy to find. It is private and secure enough. The host communicated proactively and was very responsive. Ate Maru, the caretaker was helpful. We also ordered extra food and they were delivered on time and was delicious esp the Crispy Pata. The pool was clean and cold even on a hot day which was fine by us and we enjoyed anyway. We plan to book again for our next celebration.

Such an awesome place for a staycation with family and friends! Very clean, great location with mountain view and the place is very safe and quiet. The care takers are accommodating and helpful! We'll definitely go back there for another staycation!

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

Amazing Stay at Villa Pao! Villa Pao was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautiful, clean, and has stunning views. The pool and outdoor space were fantastic for relaxing, and the location was peaceful. Our host and the caretaker was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We celebrated New Year’s Eve at Ken’s place with the whole family, and it was fantastic! Big thanks to Ken for the free upgrade. The place was spacious with great photo spots, mountain views, and ample parking. The pool area was a highlight - large, well-lit, and with non-slip flooring, perfect for the kids. The caretakers were amazing, and the on-site store was super convenient. Minor issues were the weak phone signal, which made finding the location tricky (locals were helpful), and a brief water supply issue at check-in, which Ken resolved quickly. Overall, a beautiful and memorable place for families to unwind and relax. Highly recommended!

This farm staycation was exactly what we needed—peaceful, lush with trees, and surrounded by a scenic atmosphere. The bonfire experience was also a lot of fun—perfect for relaxing and making memories. The property is truly beautiful. One of the best parts was how pet-friendly it was! Our fur babies had the time of their lives exploring the grounds and enjoying their walks. Tatay Jerry, Tatay Nonoy, and Nanay Leah were so welcoming and thoughtful, making sure we all felt at home—four-legged guests included! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway—especially if you’re traveling with pets. We’ll definitely be back!

Riverflow in Tanay is a hidden gem for campers seeking privacy and nature. It’s a very exclusive spot—quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery with a swimmable river just steps away. Nights are magical with clear skies and the sound of the river as your background music. One of the best parts? The Toilet and Bath are clean and well-maintained—a rare find in remote campsites. Important note: You’ll need a high-clearance vehicle (ideally a 4x4) to get there. The road includes 5 to 6 river crossings, which adds a bit of adventure to the trip, but low cars won’t make it. Overall, Riverflow is perfect for those who want to disconnect and enjoy a peaceful, nature-filled escape—away from the usual crowds.
